Prezi is a complete real time Software and if you are an old user of microsoft PowerPoint or Google slides then they will have to invest some time learning the basics of this software. What I really like about Prezi is the provision of a non-linear presentation platform for creatives. Unlike typical applications, where users can just go forward and backward, Prezi allows users to take whichever route is necessary at a certain time. I believe my issue with it is that for users to privatize their content, they need the premium version. Also, if the area you are presenting in doesn't have an assured stable internet connection, the PDF or PPT experience may not be as good as the ones hosted using the web. The software is completely creative and there are lots of animations that can be used in these presentations to make them look more engaging but if these tools are overly used and number of animations increases then it distracts the viewers attention from the main information and shifts it towards transitions only.
