What do you like best about Nutshell?

My favorite feature in Nutshell is tracking customer communication and activities - I can see exactly when I sent samples, what our last communication was, and who is leading the account. For communication and activity tracking, as well as people tied to each account, it's very easy to use and see progress. It was also pretty simple to setup, and customer support has been phenomenal. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The leads tracker - I'm in CPG sales and it just isn't very intuitive, nor does it really fit well with our sales program. The photo section for accounts also feels very outdated, loads incredibly slowly, and doesn't make it easy to see thumbnails in order to tell what kind of photo you're opening. There's nothing to dislike about Nutshell I would like to point out. But in fact, Nutshell pricing is could be considered relatively higher compared to other various CRM options. What do you like best about Nutshell?

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Overall, Nutshell was a pretty easy tool to use! I liked the reporting function/analyrics. I also liked how the white glove service was offered forimporting lists. It was a pretty easy tool to integrate and implement across our enterprise. Customer support was easy to get ahold of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The links didn't always work well. The emails that contained links worked in our test emails, but if we click on the links after sending an email campaign out from our computers, we get this error message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It works okay"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Love the layout to keep track of leads and ability to change columns and order. I can easily filter between creation date, travel date etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Could be a bit more streamlined. Being about to edit some things on main paige where they are listed rather than clicking into it would be useful. Would be great to also be able to edit creation date (sometimes i need to put it in retroactively so they are listed in correct order of when came in). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
