What do you like best about Nutshell?

Really easy to get in touch with support. I have been able to build a CRM that makes sense for me and my buisness. I am able to use this everyday and with the app on the go. I am not the most tech savvy perosn, but uploading my contacts was easy and I had help from a Nutshell employee. It was very easy to integrate my email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

"Nutshell CRM: It's simple, powerful, and amazing"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I love how simple it is - it took no time at all to become relatively proficient. I also feel that for the price, it is probably the most cost effective solution out there. The value is 10/10 and unless an organization has some pretty high end needs, I think that the product is a good fit for the overwhelming majority of small businesses. I'm not sure if it would meet the needs of a mid size organization - but it's definitely worth evaluating. I'm thankful that it was recommended to me by a current Nutshell user. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The only company that they can "recommend" for additional support/guidance is their parent company. I had to find a Nutshell CRM expert on my own to help implement some things that I couldn't figure out by myself. "Easy to use!"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell has an all in one solution. We are able to keep information about our customers, end eblasts, and see the history of all the interactions with our customers. The forms work well on our website and collect data so we don't have to do any double entry. And the reports are easy to run. Nutshell is a huge improvement on the previous CRM we were using. "Nutshell is great to work with!"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

We were looking for a simple, easy and inexpensive sales system to log accounts, and sales leads,etc. Nutshell has been nothing but accomodating. They are very easy to contact and chat with with on any questions I have had.There are so many more features they offer that we purchased that I havent delved into yet, like their email offerings which I am excited to utilize,after researching several companies we new they were going to fit our needs perfectly.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

We absolutely love the easy way to communicate with our clients and each other. We can collaborate, have eachothers back when needed, and see the pulse of what is going on in the company! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

We wish it was better tracking, tasking and logging communication AFTER a Sale is closed. It is great before a deal is "won" but after that emails end up on the person's file instead of the lead, we cannot auto assign tasks through the process before delivery or even follow up or thank yous. Recommendations to others considering Nutshell:

The Features to Cost Ratio makes it a no brainer, we have already referred one of our business partners and they haven't looked back either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User Friendly CRM!"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I looked into a couple different CRM/Marketing softwares for my employer and this one caught my attention right away. I like how user friendly it is. It even has a "Nutshell Intelligence" where it offers information about the company you're adding, saving time adding information in. Customer support is also a huge plus. They offered one on one help, and plenty of videos to watch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The ONLY downside is that sometimes Nutshell isn't up to date on the addresses/info on Nutshell Intelligence, but Google-ing the address to double check isn't the end of the world/ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is really easy to learn. We use Nutshell daily to handle incoming leads and to onboard new members. As a tool, it's been incredibly useful for us. It has lots of features that work for our needs and even more. If you operate a larger team, it's very easy to share templates and notes to other users to ensure two people don't do the same thing.
