What do you like best about Nutshell?

Our users can access Nutshell in the cloud via their desktop browser or via mobile app. We also utilize Zapier connectors to tie in our D2D activity from SalesRabbit (works flawlessly). The ease of exporting lead data allows for easy ad hoc reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I would like for the reporting on the mobile app to match the date ranges on the desktop. For example, the mobile app lets you see sales for "last 30 days" when we need it for "current month". It would be nice to have the dashboard on the app match the configuration of the desktop as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Its intuitive. Its great value. Support is excellent. We have tried a lot as an SME but Nutshell strikes the right balance for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I'd like to see a few more automations , not just sequenced emails, but triggered tasks etc, based on customer interaction.

"Nifty CRM with good marketing functions"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I use nutshell as part of some client work with a major pro tech brand and have been mostly impressed by the Marketing suite. Although my main function and use is in email marketing, the ability to build out lists, check customer status and identify opportunities and decision-makers, and to get a more holistic view, without getting bogged down in the detail has been very impressive. Some of my other clients use tools that are far too big and cumbersome, which has led me to recommending nutshell to other clients of a similar size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

For my purpose, there have been no downsides, apart from the fiddly nature of building lists to then send emails to. Once you have the hang of it, it is okay, but you do need to get in the rhythm of creating audiences which can baffle new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

While for some emails, we use a dedicated HTML builder, when we speak to current clients, or lost clients, we would like to be able to track right down to an individual level. Nutshell allows us to do this and really target specific individuals. It also allows us to import html code from elsewhere, so we have the best of both worlds. The aspects of Nutshell that I find less favorable pertain to the absence of specific features related to email marketing, i.e. you cannot send from one email, and have replies sent to another, you cannot see how many emails are sent to spam, and we have been running into issues with emails bouncing (even with us knowing for sure the email is active). "Finally a CRM that a sales team loves and is simple to use!"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

The hardest part about CRMs for us in the past was the buy in from our sales team. The complexity and design just never inspired them to see it as the "source of truth" we hoped for. Not with Nutshell. Our team enjoys using it, finds it simple to navigate and as a result they actually use it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Originally it was the lack of integrations but now with Slack showing everyone when we win a deal and built-in forms for advertising it seems like the downsides are dissapearing quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem Nutshell is solving for us is organizing sales info. Knowing who talked to who, when, results, etc really helps us find our success. We can see where most customers drop off and learn how to make our processes better. It's also great when reassigning customers to a new rep because all the info is there and it's really simple. What do you like best about Nutshell?

"Powerful, yet affordable, CRM for companies utilizing a next-action sales process"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell CRM is an excellent solution that offers powerful yet easy-to-use sales process automation functionality. While we are a newer company, we sell to larger companies, so we have a longer and more complex sales cycle. Accordingly, we needed a CRM that was built for a stage-by-stage B2B sales process. Since our prospective customer and sales account targets are of high value, we utilize the next-action sales process. Which Nutshell is a perfect fit for, so that no leads in our sales process can slip through the cracks or allow the sales rep to skip sales process steps.

Additionally, we wanted to have marketing functionality available with our CRM of choice, such as email marketing and landing pages, but didn't want to have too many add-ons or features that we don't need, which makes the CRM software too confusing to configure. If you're looking for a CRM that is easy to use, feature-rich, and offers exceptional value for money, the Nutshell CRM is an excellent choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

It would be helpful if Nutshell offered more professional services to assist us in connecting Nutshell to other software products, such as our accounting system. Since we are a newer company, and don't have the time to do this ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Great CRM Platform with Exceptional Customer Support"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is very easy to use, and very well documnetd for those feature that require a little deeper understanding of the system. Customization is easy and wide ranging. Lot of inteagrations are available through Zapier. Reporting features are great and well customizable. The only thing that is better than the platform irself is the customer service. A small group of experts who will go out of their ways to make sure that your issues are resolve. Most of my issues were just learning how to use certain features. Overall, awesome tool, great team.
