What do you like best about Nutshell?

I enjoy customizing my homepage to see where I stack up with my coworkers - and seeing roughly where I should be compared to them. I use it every day I work, and honestly find it enjoyable to log a big order, new prospects, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I am typically not a fan of customer support bots, and would instead like to speak with a human for the occasional issue that comes up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

It's easy to use and includes mail marketing and a scheduler for customers to book meetings (integrated to Gmail/Calendar). The mail automation is fantastic.

I also use the notification (integrated to Google Notification) to remember to contact customers and do out reaches.

I use it daily, and the customer suport is outstanding and friendly :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The only thing that sometimes glitches is the payment with card. I'm situated in EU and for some reason the card transaction sometimes fails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

As most 'senior' account mangers, I've worked with several CRM's including Dynamics, Salesforce, and Tigerpaw to name a few. Nutshell is super easy to use and flexible. It's 100% what you put into it, so the more data, the more follow ups, the better. I use it everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

It's almost a little too flexible or forgiving. It would be nice to have 'forced fields' so that certain fields were required before you can move out of a data field.

Support used to be much better. Now we send an email and have to wait for responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is so easy to use. I am new to the sales world and the previous CRM that we were using was so confusing and tedious. I felt like I was not being efficient with my time or able to keep up with notes and updates for my profiles. But with nutshell they make it so easy. Everything is separated into categories and there's 24 hour help and videos if needed. I use nutshell everyday and can say that my notes and time management have exceeded expectations. I can even lay out different categories on my dashboard for easy to find things. Without having to go through a lot of different hoops. I recommend nutshell to any business starting off and feel overwhelmed by how many CRM's are out there. The implementation is direct and simple. And allows you to set your own pipelines. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is an effective tool for all customer relationship manangement. It is easy to build and maintain a sales pipeline in the system and allows for easy access for all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

There are no real down sides of using Nutshell, other than when adding a new company, sometimes the system does not catch the state and city when the address is entered. It would be best to have seperate fields for address, state and city, so that the system correctly locates the company on a map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I like the APIs that are available to connect our website with the content that Nutshell can keep. The APIs are pretty robust to get our things to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that there is not someone I can call. Although chat seems to be ok - it can take a few minutes to get a hold of someone. And then, I don't know if they are going to get back to me using chat or email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is the best. Very easy to use web and mobile. I was able to get up to speed very quickly and without much frustration on my part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
