What do you like best about Nutshell?

It is easy to manage customers and clients. I also love the flexibility of email campaigns and the ability to create different audiences right from the customer management system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

What do you like best about Nutshell?

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Honestly, after using Nutshell for a couple of months, I can't find anything to dislike. The platform has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From seamless navigation to comprehensive features, Nutshell has made managing my business a pleasure. What do you like best about Nutshell?

I like the options for creating it the way I need it to be: pipelines, custom fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Three Things:

1. I do not like not being able to set dates for my tasks. I'm stuck in the time periods Nutshell gives me and my time periods don't match those options. So unfortunately I've not found a way to use the tasks effectively which is really what I needed to be able to do. This is why I can't give it a 10 for referring to others.

2. I wish there were a summary box or something for every lead, person, and company. More than just notes - a box that would be shown at the top of each where I can put the most important details about them.

3. I also do not like that I can't edit notes. The nature of a note is to continue to add to it and revise it, and I can't do that in Nutshell. I have to make a brand new one and it gets lost since I can only pin one of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is acutally quite easy to use. Plus their app and website are both user-friendly and besides the dropdown boxes helps us fill faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We’re still learning some of the features. The only thing is the scheduler doesn’t let you add extra people when you set up a meeting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Easy to use interface! Awesome integration tools. Keeps track of emails sent to clients very easily and syncs with our financial systems so there's never any questions about if a client received or didn't receive communication! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There have been some reports in the past that we couldn't pull but I think that's fixed now. I wish it wasn't so easy to click back to a previous stage, but I think that's more of a user error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I've really like using Nutshell from a marketing standpoint. The blasts we create are attractive and easy to update and manipulate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

We've had some issues with our marketing eblasts showing up the same on desktop and mobile. We had a trial/error period to perfecting that and it took a several tries to create templates that are easy to update and also show up the same every time. The audience upload is a little difficult. I wish there was an easier way to upload and trust the contacts to go to the correct audience instead of having to go in after an upload and identify audience(s). I also find it strange that I have two of my emails in the audience, but only my personal email receives eblasts from nutshell. I've heard from other collegues that they also do not receive nutshell emails in their company inbox. And we have had some issues with too many people (really it takes only two) being in nutshell at the same time and edits/additions not going through because more than one person is in the system. We've had to come to a point where one person owns the program and we need to make an announcement for everyone else to log out - that is especially hard for big, important marketing announcements where leadership as well as our team needs to edit, review, and approve.
