# Best workforce management software for a small business?

Hey everyone, I’m currently looking into the best workforce management software for a small business and would love to hear from folks who’ve used any of the platforms I’m researching. There are a lot of options out there, and I’m hoping to get some real-world feedback to help narrow things down.

Rippling: Rippling looks like a solid all-in-one option with HR, IT, payroll, and time tracking all under one roof. It seems great for small teams that want everything to integrate, just wondering how easy it is to set up and manage on a daily basis?

Connecteam: Connecteam seems really focused on deskless teams, with scheduling, task tracking, and time clocks. Looks super mobile-friendly too. Anyone using this for retail or field staff?

Deel: Deel is mostly known for global hiring and contractor management, but I’ve seen small teams using it for compliance and onboarding. Curious if it's overkill or a smart long-term choice for remote-first businesses.

BambooHR: BambooHR looks like a people-first platform with performance reviews, PTO tracking, and basic HR features. Idealfor managing both full-time and part-time employees.

UKG Pro: Feels a little more enterprise-leaning, but it keeps showing up in rankings. Would love to hear from anyone who’s implemented it in a smaller org, worth the effort?

If you’ve tried any of these tools (or have another one you swear by), I’d really appreciate your insights. Looking for something that’s not too heavy but can still grow with us as we scale. Thanks!
