Wish there were more native integrations. Zapier is the go-to for integration but it would be very helpful if there were a few

"Does what I need and a lot more with great service and support"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Very responsive tech support made the set up easy, and if I have a question, they're right there.

I've had three major "dealbreaker" problems, and nutshell's team stepped in and fixed them quickly and effectively all three times.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Not much to dislike about it - everything is very customizable, so I see what I need to see, and it keeps my cadences on track.

I really wish I could schedule an email through Nutshell. The sequences are fine, but I really like the ability to schedule an individual email to send in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nutshell does a great job of keeping me on time with my cadences and outreach. It does a great job of organizing my outreach systems, so everything happens at the right time and nothing is forgotten. It's also easy to keep updated and adjusted. The dialer makes life so much easier - I just click and talk, and everything gets entered into the CRM as I go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Absolutely love Nutshell"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

For me the best part is being able to set activities and to track your leads. Very easy to do. I can read emails and see all my notes of my past interactions with potential customers. The support we receive from the Nutshell team is outstanding as well. Anytime we've reached out to see if something can be done they are quick and timely and help us set it up. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

My only dislike regarding Nutshell is when sending emails from the site that need to have many attachments. Sometimes I type a pretty lengthy email and then attach 3 or 4 things, it tells me the file is too large and can't be sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient for Marketing Efforts But Ruined By Poor Customer Service"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I dislike the customer service and support side of nutshell. It takes up to 12 hours to get a response. Then can take 3 weeks for said issue to be resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nutshell allows us easy access of our email history (although all emails are not always pulled into nutshell). It also allows us to send multiple broadcasts and email marketing efforts each day (although 300+ of our contacts are bouncing from nutshell and customer support hasn't been able to help us). What do you like best about Nutshell?

An upside of Nutshell is that the platform is simplistic to use & very easy to use. Unlike these other sales CRM platform's that can be very difficult to navigate, Nutshell is quite easy to navigate! Their customer support team is another upside since they are always there ready to help assist if any problems arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The downside of Nutshell is that it logs you out pretty quickly if you aren't active on the platform which can be annoying. Another downside is that the Nutshell mobile app isn't as functional as the Nutshell website version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
