# Best bots for startups looking to automate communication

I’m looking into chatbot platforms that are great for startups wanting to automate communication with leads, customers, and users. I’m especially interested in tools that are affordable, quick to set up, and flexible enough to grow with the team. Here are some of the best bot tools I found that are well-suited for startup use:

Tidio: Tidio is an easy-to-use chatbot that combines live chat and automation. It’s great for startups because it’s budget-friendly, simple to customize, and works well on websites and ecommerce stores.

Manychat: Manychat is ideal for startups using Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp to reach customers. It helps automate messaging, collect leads, and send follow-ups without any coding required.

Landbot: Landbot lets you build conversational flows visually, making it perfect for non-technical teams. You can deploy bots on your site or integrate them into messaging apps.

Chatfuel: Chatfuel is a good fit for startups using Messenger and WhatsApp. It offers pre-built templates, easy lead capture, and automation for FAQs and support.

Botpress: For technical startups that want more control, Botpress is an open-source bot platform that lets you build and host custom bots. It’s great for teams with developers who want to scale functionality over time.

I found these while browsing G2’s bot platforms category. If your startup has tried one of these tools, I’d love to hear how it helped you automate responses and improve user experience early on.

I've also heard Hubspot has a chatbot and can automate processes. Intercom, Drift, and Manychat (mentioned above for that one), are popular choices when it comes to customer chat integration and automations.
