What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is fantastic and serves multiple purposes. For example, it helps my company with prospecting, CRM support, routing and following up on leads, and a host of other things that contribute to happy customers and productive expansion. We are already using all of its features and capabilities thanks to its incredibly simple and easy to use interface. In addition, I really appreciate how well structured the program is; it greatly simplifies our work because all of our customer accounts contain all the pertinent information such as quotes, manifests and invoices. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

What do you like best about Nutshell?

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell CRM is the backbone of our communications. They don't just add features for the sake of it; they make sure it fits well with how users work. The new add-ons make it great for marketing and communication. The pipelines are flexible and let you automate a lot of things. In a nutshell, Nutshell is easy to use, has lots of helpful features, and is good for marketing and communication. The support folks are very responsive and knowledgeable about their platform. What do you like best about Nutshell?

As a small business Nutshell gives us the organization and documentation we need to stay on top without unecessary details to take time away from production. This was extremely easy to implement into our database and the integration of our existing contacts went smoothly. Nutshell is used on a daily basis with our marketing department. A few questions have come up during this transition of a new program and Nutshell has quickly answered and been dedicated to making sure we are able to use the program with optimization. What do you like best about Nutshell?

We've been able to leverage Nutshell to connect with our website and help with our guerilla marketing. Nutshell is where all of our contact form leads from the website go to and it gives us a nice way to manage those and respond/track, etc. We've also been able to try out some targeted email marketing to try for some longshot contacts. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Our team is small and we aren't all necessarily in the same category of employee. Working in the paradigm of a 1 user/1 license is not always practical. It's not that difficult, but it is one area that would be simpler if we could not explicitly rely on one user/one license. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

The fact that they are open to upgrade some items through time and they look into making it as user friendly as possible. They also keep us up to date with what's coming and we have to opportunity to communicate with them if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the thing that would find useful to change is how to have some users be able to acces the Pro package while others can stay at the basic. We don't necessarily all have the same needs of performance with Nusthell within our company so it could be interesting to separate those rates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Their white glove import service is great. As a startup, we keep things really simple, often using things like Google sheets and then changing them to the needed format (Excel, Adobe, etc.). We can put together a long list and get it to their team and they clean it up, check for duplicate entries and even ask our preferences as they go through the process. Definitely comes in handy. I have used many CRM services. Nutshell's customer service is hands down the best I have ever experienced. Any issue I have, Nutshell is there to help. Unlike some CRM services (looking at you, Monday.com), I don't have to pay for support. It's quick, easy and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
