# What is the most affordable incident management software for SMBs?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’ve been digging into <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/incident-management/small-business">incident management tools for smaller teams</a>, and affordability is a huge factor. Most SMBs I’ve worked with don’t have the budget (or headcount) for enterprise-scale platforms, so I pulled up the latest G2 grid to see which tools are actually working well for small businesses. Here are the top ones that stood out:</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/ninjaone/reviews"><strong>NinjaOne:</strong></a> super high satisfaction ratings and lots of reviews. From what I’ve read, SMBs like it because it’s easy to set up and doesn’t require a massive IT/security staff to run effectively.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/clickup/reviews"><strong>ClickUp</strong></a><strong>:</strong> not a “security-first” tool, but people use it for incident tracking and workflow automation. It’s affordable and flexible, which is why so many small teams adopt it.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/xmatters/reviews"><strong>xMatters</strong></a><strong>:</strong> strong focus on communication and coordination during incidents. Smaller teams like it for keeping response organized without overcomplicating things.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/better-stack/reviews"><strong>Better Stack:</strong></a> comes up a lot for being budget-friendly with simple monitoring + incident management features. Good fit for startups or lean IT teams.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/servicenow-it-service-management/reviews"><strong>ServiceNow IT Service Management</strong></a><strong>:</strong> more of an enterprise tool, but it’s on the SMB grid too. Seems like smaller teams that already use ServiceNow elsewhere extend it into incident management.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">From the reviews, <strong>NinjaOne and Better Stack</strong> get called out the most for SMB affordability and simplicity, while <strong>ClickUp</strong> wins on flexibility.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Anyone here using these day-to-day in a small business setup? Curious which one has been the most affordable without cutting corners on features you actually need.</p>

&lt;p&gt;Also, I would like to know what features are must-haves vs. nice-to-haves in an incident management tool for SMBs.&lt;/p&gt;
