What do you like best about Nutshell?

The automatic emailing capability and lead tracking has been fantasitc for our buisness. Keeping our leads organized and progressed tracked has saved a lot of headaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The search feature can be lacking. But despite that the Nutshell team is always open to ideas and criticism. They have always been receptive my messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our issues have been keeping track and organizing our leads for customers. Easily able to lose track of everything on your plate. But Nutshell has kept us from forgetting clients. I mainly deal in RFQs. So despite not too much client interaction, we have made many custom fields and other options to keep track of due dates. "An Excellent Database for All Your Business Needs"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

It is very easy to add in new companies and people. I use the app everyday to do this and it has compelelty streamlined our operation. We have had one of our sales represenatives make a trip based on the companies I have added into a specific state. Even using the Bcc email has allowed us to have people automatically added into our database without me having to worry about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I cannot edit a comment once I submit one under an activity. I usually have to copy what I had wrote if I need to change somehting before resubmiitng the changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is the ultimate customizable CRM solution for your business. After evaluating multiple cloud-based CRM tools on the market, I found Nutshell to be the best feature-to-price offering available. Implementation is a scary word for most pre-existing businesses looking to integrate a net-new CRM platform, but the ability to fully customize fields, ease of data import and overall application aesthetics make it an easy system to use that powerfully compliments your daily operations. Customer support is fast and responsive. Nutshell also integrates with many other business tools that you are likely already employing at your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The only thing that I dislike about Nutshell is how the ongoing development and new features are rapidly increasing the platform's cost of usership. Expanding capabilities always mean increased cost, but to 2x or 3x your monthly subscription seems a bit steep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nutshell provides a sleek, clean interface to better manage customer data in our customer-intensive service based business. It allows users to seemlessly pick up a call with a customer and have all relevant information at their disposal to sound well versed and educated in their service delivery.
