What do you like best about Nutshell?

1. If you are a small business (1-5) Nutshell is the perfect blend of affordability and functionality

2. The UI is simple to use and the onboarding process is relatively easy

3. Customer support is pretty good. I have had questions and they are fast to respond

4. The features are ok, not great. I do like the ability to create assets that I include as part of the deals that I create. I do like how it shows the last time you connected with a client or listed in order so I know who to call. I also like how I can pre-schedule follow-up messages to companies.

5. The note section is fairly easy to use and easy to input notes on clients.

6. I like the integration with my email so anytime I email a client or prospect, it's logged in Nutshell Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

1. How you have CREATE a Lead even though you already have the LEAD as a contact is a waste of time. Let's say you have a potential client that wants to move forward with an agreement. You have to create them AGAIN to advance them to a lead phase. That seems very redundant and a time-waster to me.

2. The scheduling function is clunky and weird. If I schedule myself to follow up with a prospect via phone call, it schedules it as a phone call. I don't know if the client got the reminder I put in or not. That created a lot of chaos and anxiety as I don't want a prospect to know when I will be reaching out to them again.

3.Email syncing randomly stops working making your CRM data outdated if you email your prospects. ZERO notification that it stopped working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

After switching from Hubspot to Nutshell, we felt immediate relief. The learning curve, ease of use moving our contacts and leads over, and integrating it into our current website was made easy. I've had questions throughout my usage for customer support and always recieved a prompt response with a fix for my issue. We use Nutshell every day amongst 5 staff members and rely on it to keep track of our leads and also use Nutshell forms on our website which works flawlessly. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I don't have any issues with Nutshell. The only feature that I wish was made better is to have their calendar booking feature more like VCITA. We use that on our webite and need multiple options for multiple employees to schedule appointments and it would be nice if they had that ability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I'm a Constant Contact user, and it directly integrates with that tool. It also fully integrates with my Microsoft 365 Email and Calendar. So - a new person is introduced to me via email, I use the Outlook Add-In to click and add that person to Nutshell. Then I go into Nutshell and send them one of my many email message templates. I create custom fields to help me run queries. And truthfully my favorite feature is that when I email a contact from Nutshell I can see whether they read my message, and how many times. That's worth more than the price. It's easy to use and I've spoken to their friendly and helpful customer support team. It's easy to integrate into my key tools. Great price for all of the above and more. I'm a happy camper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I haven't run into issues so far. They recently changed how I can bring in the contact's picture into their record, but it's a quick workaround. There's nothing happening that would make me switch to another product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Really easy to use, and the contact/company management for duplicates is really nice. The automatic format for the phone number is way superior than hubspot. The customer support is neat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is pretty easy to set up and use. The email templates are cool because you can change them and add stuff, which is really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
