What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is the perfect combination of affordability and functionality to manage sales, for me, it has been totally flexible and allow us to automate all sales tasks and opportunities. In a nutshell, it is easy to use, has many useful features such as customer management, interactions, lead captures, pipelines and is good for full reporting. Thanks to this tool, our sales process runs efficiently and we have all the information in one place, and we can monitor the progress of everything in progress. "Perfect CRM for Automotive Software Sales"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

There are a few features I enjoy within Nutshell one of my favorites is the ability to display tasks and activities and check them complete through the dashboard. I enjoy the way companies, people and leads are separated and how easily you can navigate them. Its also convienent how easy it is to edit / modify the information. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The only thing I dislike about Nutshell is when you click on a person that is not assigned to you, and you dont have admin access, it redirects you to the people page. It's not a big deal, but the issue is it does not explain to you why you were redirected. It took a long time to figure that out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I love that I can easily import and export data into Nutshell. It makes tracking the membership data of my customers much easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I appreciate that Nutshell was originally developed as a tool for sales professionals to track leads and coversions. However, as a non-profit, membership organization, many of the tutorials and articles posted don't meet my needs. I realize that I am not using the tool as designed and so this is not a true complaint but more of a wish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

My true purpose isn't listed. Nutshell helps me track the last time a member purchased and membership and when it needs to be renewed. I can easily run reports and make mass changes to data using the tool.

While I have attempted to integrate with Quickbooks, I have not been successful in being able to pull the needed data and rely instead on imports and exports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nutshell Helps"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

It has some glitches. When you try to click on notifications it won't take you to the notification unless you are in the Dashboard tab. Also, it can be glitchy sometimes. I also wish it would allow me to swap to a different tab in my internet browser without closing my unfinished data (for example-- if I'm trying to type a clients address into nutshell it will save the street address I typed in before swapping to a different tab, but I have to reclick on the address to continue adding the extra information like zipcode or city) It's not a huge deal, but it's annoying. What do you like best about Nutshell?

We're leveraging the automation features Nutshell offers within our sales pipeline and have also started integrating our marketing processes to their platform. We encountered an issue with some notification settings not functioning as expected, but their support team was attentive and proactive, even involving the programming team to resolve any suspected issues. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I think Nutshell’s marketing-focused upgrades are still relatively new and somewhat limited in terms of customization, particularly when considering the ratio of contacts to allotted monthly emails and the ability to code unique embedded forms. However, the convenience of integrating sales funnels with marketing flows, coupled with their fantastic support team, makes dealing with these limitations worthwhile.
