I use nutshell a couple of times per week, primarily for the forms that are easily integratable with our wordpress site. Data and analytics are good to have and the export feature was a good time saver when we needed the data in excel form.
I had a question about preventing access to the link of a form and reaching to support was easy and smooth.
Poking around the other features seem easy and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some features can be a little bit basic.
For example, once a form is created, a url to access it will be generated, once shared, it doesn't seem to be possible to remove access to that url or the form. The solution the support team provided was to integrate the form within a page through the code snippet and prevent access to that page itself.
That wasn't possible unfortunately as the url to the page had already been shared.
I was told the suggestion to add that feature was forwarded to the leadership and dev team, so that's good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This was everything we needed in a CRM without the complexities. It's simple, efficient, customizable to the extent we needed it to be and very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The scalibility of Nutshell is most helpful to me as a small business owner. I can add verious modules and services as my business grows and needs more capabilities. I don't need to pay for things I don't need at the outset. Since being a subscriber, I have upgraded to Nutshell Busines, added campaigns, and added visitor IQ. What I like least about Nutshell is the feeling that current customers do not get as much priority as they did before they were customers. Getting a call with someone in Sales is impossible if you're already a customer. Also simply talking to someone about challanges with the system is difficult too. I understand that digital channels (email or chat) are less expensive but as a customer, I don't want to be managed down to most lowcost methods of providing service to me as an existing customer. It's kinda like dating versus marriage. You can win me as we date but you have to continue to date me during the marriage if you want it to last. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We enrolled back in 2022, and Nutshell has played a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations since then. The platform is very user-friendly and allows our Sales Team to efficiently access the leads generated in the pipeline.
