What do you like best about Nutshell?

I found out about Nutshell by posting a question on LinkedIn, "LinkedIn friends, what is the best CRM you've used? (please do not include SalesForce)." I had people respond with many platforms I was somewhat familiar with but one of my industry friends said he uses Nutshell and has for years. I reviewed their website and set up a call with Jared Knotts and learned more about the platform and its functionality. The platform is easy to maneuver and cost-effective for what I get with the monthly subscription. What I love most about Nutshell is the INCREDIBLE customer service. With my subscription, I'm able to upload an excel document with leads, current customers, contacts and their customer service team formats the headers correctly and uploads the leads for me. I've also had a slew of questions and receive responses immediately, which is very helpful. I'm very happy with the platform and recommend it to any company looking for a new CRM option. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The only thing I dislike about the platform is there is not a way for me to just have leads and customers. When a lead is uploaded into the system, it's also a "company" which I don't like. With this said, I think there is a way to tag the "Companies" as with a lead or customer. I'm working on getting an answer to that question. This is the only complaint I have. What do you like best about Nutshell?

The UI is so much better than other CRMs I have used. Customer service is really good and fast. I do not use all of the features, but it is worth it for the ones I do use.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I love how easy it is to learn and teach Nutshell. I was able to pick it up in a matter of minutes, and onboarding new hires to the software has a very small learning curve. The software is intuitive to use and acts in expected ways without having to dig for the functionality you would think would be present (i.e., things are not buried behind submenu after submenu). I can confidently say that adding Nutshell to our business has streamlined many tasks and has allowed me to get so much more work done in such a short amount of time. The Dashboard is clean and easy to customize, the autofill functionality is a lifesaver, and the integration with our in-house ERP makes simple, repetitive tasks much more manageable. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The biggest thing I dislike about Nutshell is the lack of duplicate prevention. I wish there were more safeguards to prevent Account Executives from creating a second or third instance of an account with slightly different punctuation or spelling (e.g., Google Inc. vs. Google Incorportated). This is my biggest issue with Nutshell and really its only drawback—the ease with which new accounts can be created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

not being able to right click and copy and I do not like how the imported account custom field is after the sold custom field
