In previous jobs, I've mainly used Salesforce, which is a powerful tool but requires a lot of development to make it useful. Nutshell has customisation available on the main aspects needed (can add different products, unique tags, unique fields and automate workflows). It is the most user-friendly interface I've come across. Their videos and the availability of real people to help was super useful during our setup. For me, the main issue is that contacts only sync one way - into Nutshell. It means that your G Suite for example doesn't have all the business card info you scanned into Nutshell. You can do an export every so often but it really would be better in real time.

I do not have problems with the system, it seems to me that it can improve its tools since adding features will always help.
