What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell provides great customer service and is quick to respond. The sales pipeline tools and reporting is nice but you must have the Pro version to obtain these additional features which are worth the upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The primary negative I have found is when importing a new list. Unless the company or person name matches identically to what is in Nutshell, the record may be duplicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Activity tracking, being able to track automatically when and how we have been in touch with a client is key. Our emails sync into Nutshell and their phone calling feature with call recording is the best we have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The search function is less than perfect, and also you have to stay on top of cleaning out duplicates even though they are not duplicate people or companies that are even similar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

The user interface is great, it is super customizable to meet almost all of our needs, and it is simple but in a good way. It is robust but it FEELS simple as a user, which is important to me. A biggie? The customer service is STELLAR. That is huge. Nutshell may not be Salesforce, but I don't want them to be. I don't need the complication of Salesforce, I don't want the price of Salesforce, and I'm not going to get this level of customer service from Salesforce. I am an extremely happy customer. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

There are a few things that can't be customized, but wish it could be. I'm sure some of the things on my wishlist are on the team's radar and something they are working to implement. One thing that I don't like is when you want to filter by Company vs People, it will only email the primary contact of that Company. We learned that the first person you tie to a company becomes the 'primary contact', but often that person is NOT our primary contact. Perhaps they were at the beginning but if they are a prospect and turn into a client, often our primary contact changes. I would like to see an option where we could assign who the primary contact is for a Company (editable at any time). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I like the ease of customizing almost everything. It's fairly intuitive and they have many systems which allow for simplifying repetitive activities. I like being able to edit directly from the main lists. I also mostly like the email sync. I love the whiteglove service as we've needed customer service for a variety of issues and support. The phone app which can upload business cards with just a photo is a great timesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I'm struggling with the email sync not feeling consistent. There are certain features that don't exist in the system, which would make it easier to use. instead of creating groups, which then fully excludes that group from viewing other information, it would be helpful if you could create groups or teams and then set different levels of access. Some people might be on multiple teams so this function doesn't work. I also wish that a pipeline could begin in one way and then branch off into multiple pipeline directions depending on the scenario and workflow. We found a work around but it's a little bit wonky.
