What do you like best about Nutshell?

I love how easy it is to navigate. It makes the sales process super easy. The number of features are also a great addition and allowed my company to push newsletters on the platform and cut another login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I wish it was easier to assign contacts and leads in a mass form. You have to go into each lead and reassign them if you are changing them to a different rep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I love that it keeps track of all of my leads and I can see all previous conversations in each person's profile. I also like the custom automatic emails! What do you like best about Nutshell?

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Would like for notes field to be eligible for download; would like to be able to lookup people by who contacted them (i.e. who on my team) - EXACTLY. "Nutshell Review"

What do you like best about Nutshell?

It's simple, and easy to use. I like that everything is where I need it to be. Also the tagging system, with the different hiearchies (leads, companies, people) is also very useful to organize contacts. Lastly, I like the Leads Board and all the filterable options that come with it.

Although I wasn't in my current role for the implementation, I have heard from my colleagues that it was an easy process. Customer support has also been very helpful, they respond quickly to emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

They don't have sequence emails as an option. Also, connection with systems like Apollo would also be a positive, I know other CRMs like Hubspot have this capability.

Other than this, nothing really stands out as something I dislike about the system. I use the system almost everyday, and I have little to not complaints about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we implemented Nutshell, many of our leads were not being followed up on, and information was getting lost. Now, that does not happen. It has created a repositiory of information that helps greatly. Secondly, we send newsletters through the system. Bulk emails also go through the system. What do you like best about Nutshell?

I like the integration with gmail. I like that ability to save cards to my dashboard so I can see all my upcoming renewals in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The task section is a little messy.I don't reeally know how to describe it but I wish I could see tasks for myself that were manually created and not an automatic tasks that was prompted by the setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solves having to search thru my email for recent communication. Solves losing track of potential sales leads because I can see all lost leads with lead filters. This benefits me because I can set goals for myself based on leads I want to win for the next quarter, and speeds up my workflow, because I am not wasting time scouring thru old emails searchign for where I left off with a client. What do you like best about Nutshell?

I've used Nutshell for 8 years for sales, account management and customer support. Nutshell is simple and intuitive at first glance but also packs a ton of features that just make sense. We're a small team and we've developed entire business processes around the nutshell pipeline, automations, and workflow. Implementation was a breeze and the third party integrations are a lifesaver. The email sequence is something we use every single day - very few platforms implement it in a way that allows customizing followups and scheduling a sequence with multiple messages. What do you dislike about Nutshell?
