# What platform offers the best integration with legal research tools?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I am helping a few firms evaluate<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/legal-case-management"> legal case management platforms,</a> and one of the key things they want is <strong>tight integration with legal research tools</strong>. They need something that makes it easy to pull research into case files, track citations, and connect research directly with workflows. So I researched a bit on G2 and from the G2 feature data and user reviews, here’s what stands out:</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/clio-clio-manage/reviews"><strong>Clio Manage</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Strong across calendar and workflow integration, with good document management. Also has integrations with third-party tools like Fastcase.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/filevine/reviews"><strong>Filevine</strong></a><strong>:</strong> High ratings for document management and workflow, making it easier to tie research directly into case workflows.</li>
<li>

<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/8am-mycase/reviews"><strong>8am MyCase</strong></a>: Solid all-in-one platform with good document and calendar management.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/litify/reviews"><strong>Litify</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Built on Salesforce, with flexibility for integrations.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/legistify-legistify/reviews"><strong>Legistify:</strong></a> Extremely high ratings for document management, calendar integration, and workflow — worth exploring for research-heavy practices.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/smokeball/reviews"><strong>Smokeball</strong></a><strong>:</strong>  Strong document management and workflows, plus automation that can help organize research materials.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">For those of you working with research-heavy practices, which platforms have actually made it easier to <strong>connect research with case management</strong> in a way that saves time, instead of just creating more manual steps? Do share your experience! </p>
