From the beginning (five years ago) I have found Nutshell to be easy to use and surprisingly intuitive. This from a previous user of a rather large and grandiose Silicon Valley software product with the same initialism as San Francisco. Nutshell manges the feat of doing what you expect it to do, most of the time. What's more, NS designers are constantly expanding the functionality of NS, adding powerful utilities (e.g. AI-generated email campaigns) without overly complicating things or hitting you up for money each time they add a new feature. Onboarding from zero takes about three weeks, then you and your small company are Off To The Races, doing marketing and customer relationship things you thought only Big Companies with IT departments could do! A few years ago the email security updates (DNS servers, more acronyms, IT dept stuff) required website changes I could not fathom, no matter how hard I tried. I could have called for support, opened a Tech Support ticket, but I elected to just stop doing email campaigns. Now, in my new company, with a new AI-generated website, email broadcasts are once again a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
