"Simplifies E-Commerce Setup, but Pricey Add-Ons"
What do you like best about Shopify?

I use Shopify to create online stores for my clients with less budget and time. It simplifies all the complex requirements of running an e-commerce website, so I or my client don't need to be tech-savvy to manage products and orders. Shopify removes all the technical headaches by allowing us to select a theme and deploy the website live, eliminating the need for coding to implement payment gateways or product tracking. This enables my clients to focus more on their business without having a full-time tech employee. Comparatively, Shopify is much easier than other tools like WooCommerce, as you only need to select some options and provide information to start your first online store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

One thing that could be improved is its pricing and requirements of paid apps to add extra features on the website. Features like advanced product filtering, checkout page editor, and upsell options should be available for free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Scalable and Reliable E-commerce Partner for Growing Businesses"
What do you like best about Shopify?

What impresses me most about Shopify is how its user-friendly interface pairs with a powerful App Store. I can set up a professional-looking store in just a few hours without needing to know any code. The mobile app is a real lifesaver too, letting me track sales and manage inventory smoothly from my Samsung and Vivo devices while I’m on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

The transaction fees on top of the monthly subscription plan can feel a bit heavy for small businesses that are just starting out. Also, while basic customizations are straightforward, more advanced layout changes require knowledge of 'Liquid' coding, which often means you end up needing to hire a developer to make deeper adjustments. "Streamlined E-Commerce with Strong Integrations"
What do you like best about Shopify?

I really like Shopify because it is very easy to set up and manage from a functional point of view. Most configurations, like payments, shipping, taxes, and store flow, can be done without heavy coding. I also appreciate the strong app ecosystem and integrations, which make connecting ERP and other tools straightforward. This saves a lot of time and makes client projects faster to deliver. Additionally, I really enjoy Shopify's clean admin panel and overall user experience. It's easy for clients to understand and manage after handover. For me, as a functional consultant, these features directly reduce project time and complexity, making delivery and client operations smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

One limitation I feel with Shopify is that some advanced business workflows need custom apps or paid plugins, which increases project cost for clients. Deep-level customization is also limited compared to fully custom platforms. Sometimes app dependency becomes high, and connector-based ERP integrations need careful handling to avoid sync issues. Pricing of apps and transaction fees can also be a concern for small businesses. Overall it’s strong, but more built-in advanced features would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Ecommerce Platform to Launch a Brand"
What do you like best about Shopify?

Shopify is one of the best e-commerce platforms I have ever used. I switched from woocommerce and there is no looking back. The platform experience is super easy and simple to use. i didnt face too much complexity in building things like swatches and variants. In WooCommerce, it was a nightmare, but in shopify its easy and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

I don't like its over-expensive app. Sometimes, for basic things,s we need to install subscription based app that charges too much for a basic, important function. Unlike WordPress it does not offer that many plugins, but it's good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Shopify Gave Us a Strong Online Store and Nationwide Visibility"
What do you like best about Shopify?

From last 4-5 years we have been catering our audience through offline medium only but after installing shopify we have got an online store that work much more better than google my business and also give us online visibility where customer reaches and see the our listed products and even buys them from all over the country. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

The major disadvantage that I face while using shopify is that they don't provide annual subscription plan they only have monthly subscription and it is too costly for longrun and for accessing detailed analytics you will have to pay extra money other than it's premium plan which is unnecessary. "Powerful Platform That Drives Nationwide Sales"
What do you like best about Shopify?

I like shopify because it is an strong online platform for our business and it also make sure that all the products and services are properly listed on it's digital store and also reach to our customers all over the country and increase our total revenue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

Shopify is not compatible with my Apple phone and the premium plan of shopify is also too much high. If your business is not completely online based then it is not the best tool that I would like to recommend because Google my business is much more better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable and User-Friendly, but Needs Better Social Media Integration"
What do you like best about Shopify?

I find Shopify affordable and more famous than other platforms. It's intuitive because as I use it more, it becomes easier, and I'm becoming quite the expert. Listing products and checking the delivery partner are easy. I like the multiple payment gateway support, and the interface is so smooth. It's easy to track all delivery partners in one go. I also appreciate the customer support, which is quite good. Using Google Ads and Facebook Ads with Shopify enhances my experience, boosting my sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

It's a little difficult to understand in the beginning. I am a little less satisfied with the social media connectivity. I want a beginner guide in a simple way to understand, and some AI improvement to make things easier. Social media connectivity could be improved; I can get a better dashboard. "Effortless E-commerce Setup with Shopify"
What do you like best about Shopify?

I like Shopify's ease of use and reliability, which lets me manage stores quickly without a technical headache. The seamless integrations with marketing and payment tools are a big plus. Shopify's fast checkout experience, stable performance, and detailed analytics work especially well for me. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, enabling me to launch the store quickly with minimal technical effort and start selling right away. Switching to Shopify from a more custom-built setup made store management, integration, and performance optimization much simpler and faster. Shopify is reliable, easy to use, and excellent for scaling an e-commerce business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

Some advanced features rely heavily on paid ads which can increase costs as a store scales. Also, deeper checkout and backend customization is limited unless you are on higher plans or using custom development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Scaling and Seamless Operations with Shopify"
What do you like best about Shopify?

What I like best about Shopify is how seamlessly it allows businesses to scale while keeping operations simple and efficient. The platform is incredibly intuitive, yet powerful—its theme editor, product management, and metafields make it easy to build a clean, personalized customer experience without relying heavily on development. I also appreciate the reliability of its infrastructure, fast checkout, and the ecosystem of apps and integrations that solve almost any business need. Overall, Shopify reduces operational friction and lets teams focus on growth rather than technical complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify?

Some advanced customizations require extra apps or custom development, especially for B2B needs like complex pricing or workflows. Reporting can also feel limited without external tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
