Intuitive Fulfillment Management with Minor Integration Glitches **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Karolina C. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026 **What do you like best about Mintsoft?** I appreciate that Mintsoft is fairly user-friendly and doesn't really require onboarding. It's very straightforward and quite intuitive, so there's not much you wouldn't be able to figure out how to do immediately. I very much value being able to see historic stock reports, which have been very useful a number of times. The ability to put notes on orders with specific requests is also pretty handy. The initial setup was fairly easy and straightforward, as it's a very user-friendly platform. **What do you dislike about Mintsoft?** I don't love the way it has previously had errors integrating with Shopify. It's seamless 99% of the time, but there's the 1% when it's not. I also don't love that there's no way to have two places of fulfillment that both use Mintsoft be connected to one Shopify website. That can be quite annoying because you could have a few fulfillment locations, but if they all use Mintsoft, you cannot have them both be connected to one Shopify website in a straightforward way. **What problems is Mintsoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mintsoft allows us to see fulfilled orders, stop orders if necessary, and add notes, giving us an insight into our entire fulfillment operation at a glance. ### 2. Efficient and Simple, but Needs a Design Overhaul **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Jael T. | Data Analyst, Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2024 **What do you like best about Mintsoft?** Our team uses Mintsoft daily, the best things with them is they are consistent enough for our needs, as we are selling massage guns and other fitness stuff, they were able to provide us the list of shipping service standard to them on the contract and they will update the orders accordingly to the best service possible for it, atleast the cheapest. We are always in contact with Mintsoft team, and they have their representative which is helpful, and some reports from the app are pretty straightforward and exportable to CSV. **What do you dislike about Mintsoft?** For me the website is not that aesthetic in design, its a bit old for me in terms of design. There are not much visual graphs. Also it is helpful to have some additional reports rather than inventory exports. **What problems is Mintsoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since we use the app or website daily for our order fulfillments, and was able to integrate them with shopify, its really benefiting us to make it one connection for all, we integrate well with our inventory, order fulfillment, it could create backorders for pre-orders, and there's a good ASN system too for future incoming orders. ### 3. The price is very competitive considering all of the off the shelf functionality it comes with plus a great range of additional marketplace and web integrations which is essential for multichannel ecommerce brands. The Team at Access Mintsoft have clearly listened to and worked closely with their clients to tweak and develop their software to work well for both the 3PL's and their clients. **What do you dislike about Mintsoft?** So far to date I haven't found any down sides. **What problems is Mintsoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to process multiple clients orders seamlessly while providing for each of the clients different needs and requirements. ### 4. Due to the way the he platform has been designed it makes it easy for our team to manage order fulfillment and inventory without the normal steep learning curve with other systems. We have seamlessly integrated with various sales channels without issues. **What do you dislike about Mintsoft?** If you use the basic features you will have few issues, problems occur when you try and use the advanded features which arent as user friendly and require some work to get working as you would like. **What problems is Mintsoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need an easy to install 3PL and order management system which we found in this system. Previously we had different selling platform data each in their own portal which was a nightmare, now everything is linked up meaning the warehouse and pick and pack orders easier without having to check multiple platforms for orders. ### 5.
