I appreciate that Mintsoft is fairly user-friendly and doesn't really require onboarding. It's very straightforward and quite intuitive, so there's not much you wouldn't be able to figure out how to do immediately. I very much value being able to see historic stock reports, which have been very useful a number of times. The ability to put notes on orders with specific requests is also pretty handy. I don't love the way it has previously had errors integrating with Shopify. It's seamless 99% of the time, but there's the 1% when it's not. I also don't love that there's no way to have two places of fulfillment that both use Mintsoft be connected to one Shopify website. That can be quite annoying because you could have a few fulfillment locations, but if they all use Mintsoft, you cannot have them both be connected to one Shopify website in a straightforward way. Our team uses Mintsoft daily, the best things with them is they are consistent enough for our needs, as we are selling massage guns and other fitness stuff, they were able to provide us the list of shipping service standard to them on the contract and they will update the orders accordingly to the best service possible for it, atleast the cheapest. We are always in contact with Mintsoft team, and they have their representative which is helpful, and some reports from the app are pretty straightforward and exportable to CSV. For me the website is not that aesthetic in design, its a bit old for me in terms of design. There are not much visual graphs. Also it is helpful to have some additional reports rather than inventory exports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had a great onboarding experience with insightful training an a dedicated agent for 3 months of support post go live.

The price is very competitive considering all of the off the shelf functionality it comes with plus a great range of additional marketplace and web integrations which is essential for multichannel ecommerce brands.

Mintsoft is very user-friendly and efficiency. Due to the way the he platform has been designed it makes it easy for our team to manage order fulfillment and inventory without the normal steep learning curve with other systems.
