Their support team was really friendly and patient, thought. Also, like all payment portals, the commission is a little higher than I would like. **Recommendations to others considering Klarna:** I'd say that if you're considering a tool like Klarna (or Klarna itself) that over all, it's a benefit to my small business. If you're struggling to integrate it with your store, definitely reach out to their support team. I know in this day and age, we kind of want to avoid the hassle, but they're really great at what they do! **What problems is Klarna solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm increasing sales. ### 5. They should include some more countries. Currently they are available in the US and Europe but a huge part of the world is undeserved. I do believe they are launching in Canada soon though... so there is that **What problems is Klarna solving and how is that benefiting you?** Financing to customers who would not typically qualify for it. It is a last resort for many. ### 6. I love it. It helped me buy a few things that were a bit more expensive. **What do you dislike about Klarna?** I dislike the fact that it's only 6 weeks to make 4 payments. That's not always enough time for people to get the money needed to pay for their purchase. **Recommendations to others considering Klarna:** Klarna has some great features but when I was using it to purchase something from Walmart website, it kept giving me an error code. So I did it again 2 more times and you've got to remember that klarna automatically takes the first installment from your account immediately. So when it kept timing out, I was charged 3x for the same purchase with the first installment as it saw it as three separate transactions. I did get my money back after 24 hours, but it kept me from being able to buy what I needed with klarna because it said I had too many loans, when in reality, it wasn't integrating properly and I was just trying to make the same transaction again. **What problems is Klarna solving and how is that benefiting you?** Klarna helped me to buy a bigger ticket item quickly without paying for it all at once. ### 8.
