It would be helpfull for the new business like ours if that amount would have been reduced atleast for startups. **What problems is Uniware ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inventory management, Sales analytics, Order Management through different channels. And a prompt response from the whole team of Unicommerce is exceptional. I have'nt seen such a support from any other organisation. ### 2. The best part was its simple UI to check the order status and return status. It used to display information quickly without any lag. **What do you dislike about Uniware ERP?** What I disliked is that we had to use another app for syncing of the order status/return status. Uniware at that time didn't work on its own, it needed support of Magento for syncing requirements. **What problems is Uniware ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Basic order status/return status worked seamlessly. ### 3.
