I used this for Lazada and Shopee integration. It will work for the first 30 days and performance declined as soon as refund period is over. They claim that support is 24/7 but don't fall for it. They never reply on weekends, and some days on the weekday the assigned developer will tell you he's on a rest day, won't be available etc. no other support will be assigned. What do you like best?

The first 30 days sure is an upside, they will treat you with a VIP service.. then will upsell additional $100 for "support" of 3 months. If you don't pay, good luck. No help for you, even if the product itself no longer works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Unpolished software, sales person who will frequently message/beg you to avail their extended support service - even if you don't need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

Nothing it actually cost me more time and money to fix the order cancellations and bad record in my Lazada account because of synchronization issue caused by their Lazada plugin Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I paid around $200 for CED Commerce's WooCommerce to eBay integration plugin. I purchased this to synchronize our WooCommerce store with our eBay store Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

This was the cheapest software for this particular job. Support was helpful in trying to make it work for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The documentation is in broken english and in some cases just missing whole sections which should be included. Terminology is confusing even for a web developer like myself. After trying even with some custom code provided by the support staff, this just didn't do what we wanted, despite having no use and (in theory) they being able to simple deactivate our license key, no refund was possible whatsoever. Some functions are broken entirely such as the confusingly-named "archive" function which is used to remove items from eBay. Once archived, you can't re-list the item which is a pain if you unlist it for a simple spelling mistake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

Don't save the $50-$200 by cheaping out on their WooCommerce plugin, get a different plugin and save yourself the headache. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

None. It only added to our headaches. After this experience, I decided it was faster and more worthwhile to write a python program from scratch to do what CED Commerce claimed to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
