I love that STORIS Unified Commerce is agent-friendly and so easy to navigate. It allows me to easily access all customer information, even if it's beyond 10 years old. I also really appreciate using the 'TAB' button instead of 'ENTER', which suits me as a trigger-happy person who hits the enter key too soon. STORIS is at the top of the game regarding inventory control. We struggled for years to control our inventory. Since partnering with STORIS, our inventory accuracy rate has gone from 60% to 98% (last cycle count.) Also, our delivery revenue has increased by over 600%, primarily due to STORIS's ability to assign delivery charges based on zip codes at POS automatically. STORIS support is GREAT! Not once in 3 years has STORIS failed to go above and beyond when it comes to supporting us. It is hard to say, "What I like best about STORIS"; it is easier to say, "STORIS is a tremendous asset to our company, and one of the best decisions we made was partnering with STORIS."
