It provides my CCaaS with a way to add a true omnichannel solution. Adding digital channels and chatbots to my existing voice CCaaS has allowed us to expand our portfolio of services without having to move to a completely different CCaaS.

**What do you like best about Infobip?**

The user interface is intuitive, and campaign scheduling is smooth, with delivery tracking that is both detailed and reliable. Their global coverage and compliance readiness make them a strong partner, especially when dealing with cross-border messaging regulations. Additionally, the customer support team is proactive, friendly, and willing to hop on quick calls to resolve even the most nuanced issues. Their Infobip API and integrations also make it easy to connect with internal systems like CRMs or core banking platforms.

**What do you dislike about Infobip?**

While the platform is powerful, there’s sometimes a lack of clarity in reporting when campaigns fail to send or are delayed, especially during the testing phase. More real-time logs or automated alerts for failures could help reduce back-and-forth with support. Additionally, while support is responsive, it may sometimes take a bit of technical escalation before reaching root cause, though they do eventually get it sorted. UI updates could also be more regular.

Support could be improved, and it would be helpful to have some basic features, such as a cropping option in email. It consistently takes about three days to receive a response from them.

The portal is clean and nice and easy to use. API is straightforward and the supporting documentation is good.

Their support! The only way to log a support issue is via email and there is no acknowledgement that the ticket has been received. But worst of all, it will take several days before getting a reply, if at all!

**What do you like best about Infobip?**

Infobip is a complete marketing communication tool with an amazing interface and UI & UX which makes the platform easy to use and navigate, even for the first timers. The analytics part is also very good and gives us a brief idea about the campaign success ratio.

**What do you dislike about Infobip?**

The main issue is with the customer support as they usually take a longer period of time to respond to even basic queries and this needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

**What problems is Infobip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit which we are minting is our cost reduction for our bulk SMS communications. It was very easy to integrate with our partner CRM. The success rate of our SMS also improved dramatically.

Infobip allows you to take control of your Marketing campaigns, offering you solutions as your company needs; this ensures that as your business demands more tools, you can have them without hiring another Marketing platform.

The customer service offered by infobip could be improved, the response times are very slow, it takes up to 3 days to solve technical problems, that is a long time to not be able to execute pending campaigns, the sales representative frequently changes, which makes you have to explain your process again to the new person who is in charge of your account.

Infobip helped us solve the need for an email marketing and SMS solution to communicate with our customers to offer personalized attention and achieve conversion beyond the physical store, managing to connect with them at the right time.

The UI/UX is as simple as it could get. Add-on features like delivery staggering, delivery window, url shortening, message previews, auto-reporting, detailed logs make your marketing experince very smooth. You basically don't have to rely on any other source if you use Infobip portal for marketing campaigns/communications.

**What do you dislike about Infobip?**

Altough the product has everything you need, sometimes, when you have to contact the support teams you will be disappointed with the response time and the quality of response they share. Even when you explain the query in detail the support team will still share improper responses.

Its a easy-to-use marketing communications platform. Almost all of it is DIY and you don't need the support teams assistance for your day-to-day marketing campaigns.

What I like most is the possibility of seeing the real problem that clients cannot receive the token via SMS or email.

The platform is not very intuitive, it has several tabs and possibilities to explore, it could be more straightforward.

Help me verify the token issues, the reason why the client does not receive any token via SMS or email to change the password or update registration through the app.

The ease of delivering information to the company's clients, with mass dispatches of informational and security emails. We use it as a means of communication with our customer base. In addition to checking whether a token was actually sent or not, whether the client received it or not, and in cases of sending failure, we can know the diagnosis.

The platform is not very intuitive and shows some slowness in certain aspects.

It gets the job done. We use it to send out SMS and communicate with our customers via Whatsapp. It does both of these things with no issues.

**What do you dislike about Infobip?**

The current UI is quite old-school and not exciting to be used. Conversations Agent licenses are being billed separately at the moment. This billing structure is something that is not ideal as well, given the fact that other providers out there can throw in unlimited licenses for about the same price.

**Recommendations to others considering Infobip:**

For small businesses located in South East Asia and just getting started, I would recommend considering Infobip. Their pricing is not bad, and they have excellent support.

**What problems is Infobip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a mechanism to send out SMS to our customers. Examples of SMS would be marketing blasts, reminders, and satisfaction surveys. As we were also expanding our customer support channels to include Whatsapp, we needed a Whatsapp business partner who would support us with this initiative.

It was very easy to integrate it with our CRM. Billing part is also smooth. Data is also available for all the campaigns sent using infobip as service provider which helps in analysis.

You should definitely go for Infobip if you want smooth and easy integration with your CRM. It's overall very good.

The percentage of SMS delivery is normally higher than 97% and very fast and what's most important: they have direct phone lines which generates trust for our company. They assign you an Account manager who answers your questions at all times. Also, friendly platform and good fare.

**What do you dislike about Infobip?**

The data they provide could be more complete, also, they should help us generate a funnel or attribution model to understand how many users reached the final purchase. We had to do this ourselves in the company.

I really trust and recomend this platform for SMS purposes, if you are considering other suppliers ask if they have direct phone lines and unique code for your company (they may have better prices but messages take longer to be delivered). Nothing else to add.

All related to CRM communications, promotional, relational and data authentication,. The biggest benefit is that SMS has a better conversion than push notifications so it became our main communication channel

Application is easy to use. Sending SMS blasts and importing audiences is also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Infobip?**

The choice of words for the menu name is a bit confusing, like the "moment" menu which means to create a new campaign, why isn't it called a campaign? Beside that the menu name and the url for those menu is different, the menu name is "moment" but the url name is "https://portal.infobip.com/communications/".

The date format keep changing and confusing. In communications dashboard section, Initial campaign setting, and the campaign preview before sending, format date is different, why not use this date format: day-month-year (5-Ags-20)?

It would be great if you could add the delivery date and time for the campaigns that have already been sent as well in the communications dashboard.

Top Up process that not automatic making it less convenient for users.

Approval template for WA blast is still manual, hope there will be improvement, so we can request WA approval template in Infobip dashboard, and get the status response from the dashboard too.

Easy to use and options to be integrated with other tools which makes sending messages easier based on user activities and triggers. Works like a CRM tool and have a good interface. Overall smooth experience and the tools is quite stable. We have alerts in place to inform us if things are wrong at any time and support is available most of the times to resolve the queries and look into issues.

**What do you dislike about Infobip?**

The pricing is a bit high and it adds up very quickly. It could be customised depending on the number of features a customer is using or could be packaged in a better way. Also, not all data is available for extraction, there are some restrictions in place in terms of what types of data and how much data can be extracted which can be improved easily.

**Recommendations to others considering Infobip:**

Good tool for sending communications to customers. It has good reporting for tracking the sends and performance of campaigns. Can export data with minimum effort and user logs are available. Easy to use and WhatsApp integration is good. The overall system is reliable and can be used to send customised campaigns to customers.

**What problems is Infobip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Infobip for sending campaigns to reach customers over SMS and WhatsApp. The graphs and reports available in Infobip look quite nice and are easy to understand. You can switch between types of charts and it is overall very informative.

**What do you like best about Infobip?**

Since we are company that provides Concierge Service (LLC InFocus), we work with clients all over the world and therefore we need high-quality coverage for 100% delivery of each SMS and Viber message. Thanks to Infobip, we can send a message to any corner of the world and of course we could be sure that the client will receive it. If technical problems arise, technical support of Infobip will promptly solve them and help you if you are doing something wrong.
The InfoBip personal account itself is very convenient and understandable for any user. Very often we need to inform customers about the connected service, and automated mailing helps us in this matter. We can choose a convenient type of mailing for ourselves - regular SMS, messages to Viber, or cascade mailing to both channels.
For our business, mailing reports are important, where all the details are indicated: date, time, cost, delivery result - we always know the costs and can calculate the budget in advance.
Infobip provides different types of reports, and a personal manager will advise on any question that interests you.

So far, no shortcomings have been found.

We solve with Infobip the next problems:
- inform customers about the activated service;
- send to the customers code to verify their phone number in chat-bot;
- send promotions from partners;

**What do you like best about Infobip?**

Infobip offers competitive pricing which is especially important given that SMS is such a commoditized product. We work with a large number of vendors, and Infobip consistently offers some of the most competitive rates among all the options we have.  I'm always happy with their support as well, with both the business and technical account managers being quick to respond to any issues. They're also great at being proactive in their services as well, sometimes flagging behaviour before we catch it on our end. The online portal is also one of the betters ones I've used, allowing me to diagnose basic issues quickly without having to go through a technical account manager. They've also got a competitive voice product as well.

**What do you dislike about Infobip?**

I understand that Infobip has carrier exclusive firewall deals set up in ID which seems to have kicked off a pattern of price hikes across the region. While it's certainly not my place to argue the merits and demerits of such an approach in general, I do know that this has resulted in higher prices for us as a customer which is certainly not a good thing for us.

**What problems is Infobip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main use case for Infobip is to send authentication SMSes and to some degree, Voice OTPs as well which does allow us to mitigate some of the problems of rising A2P SMS pricing.

API is clear and simple.
The service is reliable.

All they want is to make more money and they don't really care about their existing customers if they don't send millions of email per months.
The quality of service and business relationship has really declined lately for small users like ourselves.
They now ask for a yearly subscription of 1200€ just to have access to their service (sms costs are on top of that)
I've received this notice on july 30th and have till august 6th to decide or we have 30 days to switch provider.
That is what I call really unfair business practice.

Only consider it if you are a large company.
