"Okendo’s Seamless Integrations Boosted Our Loyalty, Reviews, and Referrals" 5/5 What do you like best about Okendo? I like that Okendo can seamlessly integrate Review, Loyalty, and referral all in one platform AND integrate with so many of our other tech stacks. The biggest reason we switched from our previous platform was because of their vast list of integrations. Since switching, we have seen an increase in our loyalty program users & reviews. We were also able to launch a referral program so our customers can benefit from telling their friends about our brand. The platform was not only super easy for me to setup, it's also so easy for our older customer base to use. Since launching, we have seen less questions about how to redeem rewards and more people actually redeeming their rewards. It's great to see the increase in performance. Okendo is also very price competitive. We were able to get a similar price to our last platform, and this came with referral and in store integrations. Any issues we've had with the set up process were quickly remedied by our onboarding manager. Our current account manager has also helped us refine and improve the program. They also have a very useful AI chatbot that allows me to resolve most of my technical problems before I need to ask for additional help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Okendo? A small percentage of our base didn't have their points from past purchases added to their account during the back dating process, but Klaviyo read that they had X amount of points. This lead to some customer confusion and we had to manually adjust quite a few accounts. We aren't sure why this happened, so it was a little bit of a pain during the launch process. Other than that, we haven't run into any issues with the platform that we haven't been able to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Okendo solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest reasons we chose Okendo was because it had referral, reviews, and loyalty all in one platform and they do then all really well! Other platforms are either great and loyalty or great at reviews. We wanted to condense our tech stack and that's why we chose Okendo. The other biggest reason was it's in store integration. What ultimately made us switch to Okendo was its reporting dashboard (unmatched for the price), its drag and drop interface allows us to save hours on external dev support, and the highly involved support team makes it extremely difficult to ever lift a finger. What problems is Okendo solving and how is that benefiting you? We had a lot of issues with our previous loyalty provider, and Okendo has solved many of them. Between black-box reporting, the need for expensive external development hours, and a lack of customer support, we were constantly running into roadblocks - most of that has been alleviated with Okendo. Their team is very hands-on, and if something isn’t available within the platform, they’re receptive to getting it for us through their internal team. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The onboarding process was smooth, and we launched on schedule. For example, it does not support employee reviews or review giveaway campaigns. It also does not offer a public-facing tag or badge to identify incentivized reviews or employee reviews, which would help provide greater transparency for customers. Our old platform required a lot of technical knowledge. It often felt like you needed to be a developer just to complete basic tasks. As a small team, we don't have those resources. Okendo is much more intuitive and user-friendly. One of the biggest improvements is how easy it is to find and manage product reviews. Previously, we had to search by product ID, which meant first locating the ID in a separate system before we could even find the reviews. It was a very time-consuming and inefficient process. Since day one, the Okendo team has been available and supportive. Garrett initially onboarded us for reviews after many terrible years with Shopper approved. More recently he helped us move our quiz from Quiz Kit to Okendo; which was an incredibly seamless transition. Chase was the person who I initially connected with when we wanted to start moving our quiz and surveys over, he was great too! Overall, what I appreciate the most about Okendo as a tool and the people that work here is that no one is pushing you to try new products/features, there's no need to. What I like most about Okendo is the support and guidance we received throughout the setup and implementation process. Amber and Shiela have been especially helpful - they’ve been responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist whenever we had questions or needed clarification. Okendo has been a valuable investment for us, especially with the support we’ve received throughout the implementation and ongoing use of the platform. Amber Smith has been incredibly helpful during the implementation process, patiently answering our questions and guiding us through the setup to ensure everything was configured properly. The subscription widget is easy to set up and looks beautiful, and the Quizzes and Surveys are great for collecting customer feedback and driving sales. It also has a great Klaviyo integration that really helps us target customers and is super helpful for our team. Their support team is always there to help, whether through chat or email. We rarely have any problems, but when we do, they jump in quickly to help and fix things. Our account manager is amazing, and if you need any kind of migration (we’ve done one for Quizzes) they do all the heavy lifting so you don’t have to worry. The whole team always listens to our feedback whenever we need something changed or improved 🙌 We’ve been working with Okendo for over 6 years, and it really makes our job easier. I appreciate using Okendo because their AI chatbot is helpful when I can't figure out what to do, and if it can't assist, I can easily get a human agent who usually responds quickly to solve my issues, keeping a live thread going between email and live chat, ensuring all my issues have been solved over the months. Okendo automates product review collection, including media and text fields, and presents reviews for approval. It allows me to moderate reviews and reply, displaying them publicly.
