I like the look of the review widget and the customization to make it more on brand. Overall, really great support from their team when you have a question or issue. They're always quick to respond and help. The ability to offer different rewards for text/photo/video reviews is great. I like the quiz but would love more options there (design and functionality). There's a large gap from the 200/mo order plan to the 1500/mo plan. Seems odd and you have to then buy credits if you're somewhere in the middle. Which is fine, but if you aren't paying close attention to it, you may not even know you are out of credits. A plan in between this would be great. This is the perfect all-in-one platform for managing loyalty programs and collecting reviews. Their platform is constantly introducing new features, which really benefits my business. The only real challenge we’ve run into has been with some functionality issues in the quiz feature. I love everything about Okendo. It looks gorgeous on our website and really has helped us maintain Strong Social Proof. The customer service is absolutely incredible. They are so fast and they have helped me countless times over the last few years. I tried multiple review apps but Okendo is the one I have stuck with for 3+ years. There is one small thing. When I upload a .csv from my local files, the import does not accept special characters like apostrophes, quotation marks, but it will work if you use Google Sheets. I have such a great system set up offline so I find Google Sheets inconvenient to use.
