What do you like best about Okendo?

I love how Okendo seamlessly integrates with our Shopify and Klaviyo flows. This integration allows us to automate review request emails through Klaviyo, enabling us to target customers at the perfect moment post-purchase, which is incredibly efficient. On the Shopify side, the review display is both seamless and customisable, allowing us to maintain our brand aesthetic across product pages, which I find truly beneficial. What do you dislike about Okendo?

I find the lack of deeper analytics and insights directly within Okendo to be a limitation. The information provided could be more actionable to help us make better data-driven decisions. Additionally, I think there could be more design flexibility with widget customisation. What I like most about Okendo is that it actually delivers on what a reviews platform should do. We moved from another tool that was missing several features, and Okendo had everything we needed from day one. We use the full Okendo suite — reviews, surveys, referrals, quizzes, and loyalty — and it’s been a game changer for our brand. The customization options and automations make it easy to keep our customer experience on-brand and consistent. The only real challenge we’ve run into has been with some functionality issues in the quiz feature. What do you like best about Okendo?

I love everything about Okendo. It looks gorgeous on our website and really has helped us maintain Strong Social Proof. The customer service is absolutely incredible. They are so fast and they have helped me countless times over the last few years. I tried multiple review apps but Okendo is the one I have stuck with for 3+ years. What do you dislike about Okendo?

There is one small thing. When I upload a .csv from my local files, the import does not accept special characters like apostrophes, quotation marks, but it will work if you use Google Sheets. I have such a great system set up offline so I find Google Sheets inconvenient to use.

What do you like best about Okendo?

Very simple to integrate with Shopify and our other apps. Setting up automations to solicity reviews and integration with our rewards partners make collecting reviews effortless.

They also have outstanding customer support. Whenever we can't figure something out, they are quick to respond and help us. We also have very productive calls every few months with our account manager where she helps us, on the call, implement new features and ensure our account is optimized. What do you like best about Okendo?

Our experience with Okendo has been great! The onboarding process was seamless, which was especially important since we had a tight deadline to get our new review platform up and running. Garrett has been incredible—always easy to communicate with, extremely helpful with training, and provided all the right documentation to guide us every step of the way. He was always responsive and even helped troubleshoot an email issue we encountered. Thanks to his support, we were able to go live on our site very quickly.
