**What do you like best about SoldLive?**

Aside from it being an intricate part of my business because it's so seamless for both my customers & my inventory tracking...the customer service is 2nd to none. Any question is handled promptly. The team at SoldLive truly makes you feel like your business is theirs. They are always 1 step ahead of the trend which helps you grow your business & keep your current customers happy.

**What do you dislike about SoldLive?**

Seriously I don't have a dislike. I've been with them for years now & I'm a big fan. I've recommended them to more people than I can count. Strangers reach out to me on social media to learn more about the apps I use for my Shopify store & I always name them 1st.

**What problems is SoldLive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated invoicing, abandoned carts, and live shopping notifications to my customers. This app makes me more productive as a high volume seller in my industry and I'm a one-woman show.

**What do you like best about SoldLive?**

I am an expert Shopify developer working all time with Shopify stores heard about this app and tried, and it works like a charm, its easy, like plug and play and doing the task best part of the app is it shows sources in reels which is most trending these days.

**What do you dislike about SoldLive?**

I can say they show work on most of their pricing. Small business owners cannot go with $70 or $150. A little bit of discount on the price is the best thing. Rest this app is fantastic.

As said above, I am an expert Shopify developer; working on stores is my daily job, so this boosts sales in some matters and helps me indirectly, as in when the store owner is happy, so am i.

**What do you like best about SoldLive?**

The overlay feature is fantastic, it gives your customers the option to "add to cart" instantly.  The comment automation bot that really powers the sale is my favorite feature.

**What do you dislike about SoldLive?**

It would be really awesome if you could go live on both Instagram and Facebook at the same time from the same device - they are working on this and hope to release it soon!

**What problems is SoldLive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sold Live makes all of your social posts actionable - customers can add to cart instantly with just commenting the product number.  Additionally, they are working on adding a multi-cast or simulcast feature for Instagram and Facebook, this will be awesome when available!

I have been loving this app. It has made going live so much easier!  It has so many great features and the costumer service has been top notch. Highly recommend!

I love that my followers can subscribe to receive a facebook direct message to be informed when I'm live.  I also like the monthly email updates about new features.

**What do you dislike about SoldLive?**

There isn't anything I currently dislike about the app.

Keeping track of inventory, easily allowing customers to subscribe and automatically posting a product of the day.

**What do you like best about SoldLive?**

I live how I can live sell using any post, story, or reel across both Facebook and Instagram. I also like the posting feature.

**What do you dislike about SoldLive?**

I wish there were replies after each sold comment during the lives. The other software I use returns a comment with emojis and I think that adds to the excitement of the live sales. I also wish I had more control over the overlay customizing and that overlays were possible on IG so I can use the barcode scanners. I get way more organic traffic on IG.

**What problems is SoldLive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I sell on other pages I have to use a manual invoicing process which adds hours to my workflow. Using the SoldLive app with instant checkout makes it so much easier for me selling and for my customers. It also allows me put a pic or video anywhere and people can still comment shop.

With SoldLive automated invoicing I don't have to pause my show to write an order nor do my customers have to wait for me to send an invoice to checkout!

Honestly, I wish I'd found this sooner.  It would be great if the platforms allowed this feature on personal profiles. Otherwise, no complaints

I love it!  My customers appreciate that they can check out right at the live sale.  It has made things so easy.

I don't have a downside yet.  I will have to use it more then I will update and answer this question.

It is very easy to use. Integrates directly with Shopify's checkout. Joe is willing to listen and make updates to the software.

It seems like there is a feature difference between the Apple and Android apps. Only the first device to log in seems to be able to use the overlays.

I love that I don't have to spend hours sending out invoices. I no longer have to repo shopping carts because I don't pull items until after they are paid for. One of the features that I love is you can set for the invoices to expire in hours, days, etc. once the non pay invoice expires the item automatically goes to the next person on the wait list. How cool is that!!! This app works my my Shopify website.

I have no dislikes. I love everything that this app has to offer. Is very easy to use.

The support team is amazing with responding to any questions they have. They have responded to me in less than an hour.

**What do you like best about SoldLive?**

I love that SoldLive will message the customer when a product they were interested in comes back in stock. I also love the feature where you can setup all your items you'll go live with and it will give the number to comment as you tell it to so your customers will see it live on the screen.

**What do you dislike about SoldLive?**

It takes time to search for the items I need to go live with and jot down the number associated with it. I don't know if it can do this but making the products line up in order of newest would be helpful.

It has a trial you can try, and it's well worth it. You will love it!

**What problems is SoldLive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If I go live no matter what the customer knows how to get each product. Even if it sells out, if it becomes in stock again then SoldLive knows to contact them.

I don't have any dislikes  with using the app. When something doesn't work customer service is prompt and reliable.

Do it. Time is money. It's work the investment. You save so much time on invoicing and customers shop and pay immediately.

I love the simplicity of the system. It has been a game changer for my business and has saved me so much time on invoicing/shipping/fulfilling orders. I love that my customers can check out at any time as well as holds their cart for the extended period. I was looking at other systems similar to SoldLive, but couldn't justify the price for the features. This is at a great price point with some great features.

Very little things I dislike. We are having some growing pains with the system and how I had run my business before, but Joe and his team are quick to implement changes and take things into considerations.

This is a time-saving app. It has saved me time in invoicing, shipping, fulfilling orders, and everything in between. It has been a great addition to my store.

**What do you like best about SoldLive?**

The complete integration with Shopify is my favourite aspect. This makes it so simple to plan and prepare for a live sale. Products are autotagged, inventory is synchronised, overlay makes it crystal clear what customers should comment, and amazingly high conversion rate (almost 95% were checked out automatically without any need for manual processing).

**What do you dislike about SoldLive?**

Honestly, nothing! Joe and team constantly updates the app with new improvements that anticipate needs. They are always a step ahead of us in implementing new functionalities.

**Recommendations to others considering SoldLive:**

Joe and the team is very open to feedback and suggestions. Response time is SUPER fast, and despite a time difference between our regions, I am so thankful that I received responses quickly!

**What problems is SoldLive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The entire live stream process is automated now! It is amazing. Specifically:  

1) Pre-live preparation now takes only 1 hour. We simply need to decide on the product and schedule them in the overlay queue. It used to take up to 4 full days, tagging products, uploading product information, allocating inventory, manually listing codes to "pin" in Facebook comments (the awesome overlay completely solves this). 

2) Post-live shipping now commences immediately upon the end of live stream. We used to take 4 to 7 days. There are the processes that are completely automated with the use of SoldLive:

- A: No more manual payment processing and verification. With sync to Shopify and hence Shopify Payments, all payments are automated. No need to match screenshots or payment proof.

- B: No more manual order processing. It is very common for customers to request change of size / item post-live. We used to need to individually amend orders to accomodate this. before routing for payment. SoldLive has a remove from cart function to allow customers to self-help. They can remove, and readd the right item in, before checking out automatically.

- C: No more manual fulfillment. With sync to Shopify and hence 3rd party logistics app within Shopify, all shipments are created at a click. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to customers.

**What do you like best about SoldLive?**

The Sold Live System is simple to set up and very easy to use and integrate with my store.  The overlays are simple to use, setting up a que was quick and I liked that I could see what I was showing to keep me on track.  While I'm just getting started, the system isn't complicated, the emails from Joe have been very helpful.  I love the fact that he reaches out.  I love that it numbers my items and I can use them as tags during a live, that I can use it in my group and my page.  I LOVE that my customers don't have to leave to register and set up an account to shop.  I feel like the customers love the ability to have a remove button to take something out of their cart, always leaving them in control.  I am super happy that I don't have to have an additional separate website and that SoldLive integrates directly to my Shopify site. It keeps it simple for the customer and me.  A confused customer doesn't shop.  The pricing is just right so I get amazing features as we learn and grow.

**What do you dislike about SoldLive?**

The only thing I can really think of that I needed to get used to was the fact that when using the overlays, I couldn't see the comments from FB, so I'll need to have another device to watch so I can read comments coming in... so I go live on my phone, use my laptop to go through the items of the live with overlays, and my old spare phone to watch the live to see comments.  It isn't all that difficult to do, but it would be nice if I could see it right on my phone that was live.

The app is easy to use, you don't have to have 2 separate websites, no registration for customers, and a very good price.

**What problems is SoldLive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Love not invoicing, like that the messenger asks them for the size and color if they just give the number tag and also so cool that it shows them the options.. so that way if the option is SM for small and not Small it gives them the option to click the appropriate choice, love that! Makes it easier for my customers to shop from my live or my page on the fly.

Great idea overall, we used it for some live sales and some ads we run. Commenting with a number code gives immediate action to our customers without checking our store. Especially repeat customers who trust our brand.

We are getting more sales with the app, we also made our product videos to encourage our users to comment and get cart into their messenger.  Major benefits would be from live sales, as these are helping us to get customers engaged and make more sales.

I love the ease of using the app. I love how friendly, knowledgeable and helpful the staff is.

**What do you dislike about SoldLive?**

I can't say I dislike the anything about the app. 

One suggestion would be, however, that down the line we get a dedicated phone app that connects to the store. So customers can shop with ease from their phone and see their cart right away. This can be done via messenger but some of my elderly tech challenged customers are having a rough time navigating messenger. 

Also more platforms (what if FB goes down?)

DO IT!  Stop invoicing. Go live or post static pix of your products and watch the money roll in. Do itttttttt!

Omgosh. I used to spend two days invoicing. Now I make a better use of my time while invoicing is automatic. I love the Shopify DINGS and money in the bank automatically. Thanks Joe!!!

It's amazing how my customers love the ease with which everything is done for them. I love providing excellent customer service. I also appreciate the remove feature. It may seem weird but the customer feels like she's in total control.

SoldLive is easy to set up and simple to use. It takes most of the guesswork out of understanding how it works. It is significantly easier to use than other options on the market.

So far there isn't anything I dislike. If my customers would start using it more than would be great.

By using SoldLive it frees myself up from having to send out invoices to customers as well as creating those same orders. It saves on average 30 minutes per order that comes through SoldLive versus having to type everything in for my customer.

Not having to invoice after my lives. All claims are made into a draft order, so all I have to do now is send the draft invoice to my customers, or they can checkout whenever they want from the message that they get when they claim an item on the live.

I wish there were more options for the cart expiration times. I need 5 or 7 day timeframes.

If you are looking for help with your lives, that doesn't require customers to register 
, then this is it.  The customer service is great, Joe has been awesome with answering questions and replying to emails.

**What problems is SoldLive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time not having to invoice or chase people for invoices. Also I don't have to rewatch my lives right away since all claims are sent to drafts. Customer's can see all of there claims right away, so if there is an issue with what they claimed it can be fixed quickly.

**What do you like best about SoldLive?**

It saves me hours of manual labour.  It makes my live sales so much easier. Joe and Lars have both been amazing to work with and are always offering help and suggestions.  When I do have an issue they answer me right away.  (Any issues I have had have been due to us making little mistakes during the learning curve and not the app itself)  I can't say enough how happy I am with this app and the payroll it's saving me in terms of labour.

**What do you dislike about SoldLive?**

It was a bit of a learning curve so my first couple of sales having over 100 items was a little much to handle as we made mistakes with the way we had set it up at the store level.  Once I got past the learning curve I found it super easy.

Invoicing was taking me hours and always late at night. This is no longer needed.  We are on lockdown here in Ontario Canada and sold live has given us an opportunity to keep selling and interacting with our customers. They comment a lot which the Facebook Algorithm likes too!

**What do you like best about SoldLive?**

I started using SoldLive after failed attempts at other comment invoicing companies. Right away the integration with Shopify was simple and the customer service was always there for questions. Any kinks they were quick to help out with.  I love the waitlist feature, the ease to get a live started and the autotagging. The new overlay feature is great to help with  customers and how they need to claim an item.  We call her "Karen" and our customers now that she will guide them through sizes and colors of the items they are looking to purchase. 

With out hesitation I would suggest this as an add on app for anyone that use facebook comment selling. The abiluty to know use it with FB groups has taken it to another level. They are constantly looking to improve the program and ask us for our advice and thoughts.

**What do you dislike about SoldLive?**

Hard to say....If anything my ideal app would be able to work with instagram at the same time.

**Recommendations to others considering SoldLive:**

These guys are here to help. Other comment selling companies would not even consider us using them as we are in Canada. With this integration with Shopify it was linked and good to go! I like that this is first to comment vs first to pay. You can set the timing that people have to pay and customize the messages they receive as well. I always like how people are so polite even when responding to a robot.

**What problems is SoldLive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would spend HOURS invoicing after a live. This way I have a live - and customers are invoiced. I can see where the waitilist items are needed for restocking as well. We have just started to utilize the overlay feature and cant wait to use the new barcode scanning too. To entice customers to shop during a live sale - we have used the discount feature. Another fav is having products tagged. We add that number after the product name so we can easily reference it in a live. Other programs that we had tried you had to preplan what items you wanted to feature on the live where now I can grab any item that has a product number tagged (or add on on the fly) and good to go

**What do you like best about SoldLive?**

SoldLive helps me invoice customers without spending hours writing manual invoices. It also gives the customer greater control over their cart, and lets them edit it on their own. I love that it works with my Shopify inventory so that I can keep track of what is in stock. 
The overlays are super professional looking and really improve my customers' experience and set me apart from my competition.

**What do you dislike about SoldLive?**

I dislike the actual interface of going live with the overlays. It's a bit clunky and doesn't always work that well. To use overlays, you have to go through a separate program called OBS studio. This is the only way you can manually adjust things like the focus and exposure on the camera. I dislike Facebook live producer, which is also required to go live with overlays. Without overlays, I can just use my phone, and go live directly on Facebook. It's simpler and usually works better, but no overlays.

There is a slight delay for the customer in between commenting sold and the invoice appearing. This can make them anxious sometimes

**Recommendations to others considering SoldLive:**

I would definitely recommend SoldLive to any business selling on Facebook live. The quality of support and features are very good

**What problems is SoldLive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to manually write 100+ invoices weekly using PayPal. It took me an entire day, and I always encountered errors and my customers emailing me asking for endless edits. Now, the customers build their carts in real time while I am live. They can see and edit their cart without me ever touching it. 
Before SoldLive, I also had a deficit of unpaid invoices. SoldLive allows me to set a time limit on a customers cart, and any items that aren't paid for are automatically published on my website. I'm not left with unpaid inventory and the customer is more motivated to check out quickly in case their item is bought by someone else.

I would recommend downloading it and giving it at least a try! Joe will always make sure the app is everything you need it to be.

The automated invoices are such a time saver! I have gone through and manually invoiced everyone from my live sales and it takes so much time! This app helps so much with that!

**What do you like best about SoldLive?**

As a long-time CS user, I like that my shoppers don't have to register for anything. And that I don't need a separate storefront. 

This app is built into Shopify and syncs seamlessly with it

**What do you dislike about SoldLive?**

The overlays cause the audio to be a little bit unsynced with the video. Like a voice-dubbed karate movie. However customer support has been giving me updates and they seem to be making progress here

**What problems is SoldLive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been doing comment selling for a while now, even before Facebook lives. I've tried CS, BIL, and even Soldsie (long time ago).

This app is the easiest to use, both for my wife who runs the live and for her shoppers. Not having to manually invoice is the obvious benefit. But what separates SoldLive from the competition is that it's the only app that's built right into shopify. So no more syncing issues between CS and Shopify. And no having to maintain 2 separate systems and a stripe account like I did with CS.

The developers have been adding new features like groups, overlays, and barcode scanning. And they're very responsive to feedback.

All in all, we're going live more often now that we have this easy-to-use app. And I can't see ourselves keeping up our CS storefront anymore.

I would recommend going with a company like this, rather than CommentSold.  This company is here to help you; they are not also in the same boutique world.  It creates conflicts of interest when the company you are using also owns a boutique (CommentSold).

It helps you to sell in your group and business page all at the same time.  It helps with not having to invoice your customers, freeing up valuable time.

I spent countless hours manually invoicing. The popular alternatives did not fit for my customers. Working with Joe from the beginning has transformed my business during Covid. They are eager to hear feedback and continue to improve features. Highly recommend!!

The written updates at times are hard to follow. I learn visually. Quick "how to" video with audio is ideal for me to learn newest features.

Don't wait!! Do it. I promise you'll be glad you did.

No invoicing! Such a time saver! I highly recommend this for anyone with a Shopify website that does live sales or sells from their Facebook business page or group. Super easy for customers to comment a number. Excellent customer service when questions arise. I see lots of significant improvements coming in the future!

SoldLive is relatively new to the comment selling game, so there are some missing components. I hope to see scanning of products and even an app connected to the program/website. The program's creator is very in touch with his customers and will make more improvements soon, I am sure.

If you already have a Shopify website or are considering one, I highly recommend SoldLive and they work together great and keep your customers on one platform.

It is hard for me to interact with my customers via facebook because I am unable to see their comments using the app. I would love for the app to remind my customers about their carts via text

The app is very user-friendly for both the customer and the owner. The customers don't have to register to use the app. It takes them back to the main website to check out. It does not cost an arm and leg. The customer service is amazing!

So far, anything that I've had an issue with a solution given.  Just like any other app, there's always room for improvement.
