What do you like best about Faire – Shopify?

It has opened up a bigger community of buyers for us. By using the shopify integration, we are able to manage all of our orers directly from shopify and can sync our products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Faire – Shopify?

The integration does not work in reverse and you have to still log into Faire and fulfill the order from there. Takes extra time to do thi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Faire – Shopify?

It is easy to use, understand, administer, train super users, track orders and refunds, and easy to get clear appropriate support from the vendor. Customizing reports and the data displayed is easy to perform. It is very easy to adapt and was very easy to implement. This integrates well with our other systems and is used heavily by our customers and we add uses for it every so often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Faire – Shopify?

I have not found anything to dislike yet in the 2-3 years I have been the System Administrator of this system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Faire – Shopify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shopify first allowed us to sell merchandise for the school to use in educating students. Then we added apparel from conferences for educators, corporate donations and sponsors/booths, and credit card payments for training classes or services. We then added the ability to pay for eContracts by credit card for schools, and finally credit card donations to funds for our employees. When we find a new need to allow credit card processing, we can add the new option in a few minutes, the same day or in two days if more involved with other systems. So, Shopify is solving problems by allowing us to expand its use of it in more and more of our credit card transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simplicity of finding what I need! I also love that I can return items after my first order with a brand. Faire customer support is fantastic and the return process is easy and efficient. Better categorizing like when you look uo certain products something not similar to what your looking fit so you'll have to scroll through Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration between Faire and Shopify has made it easy for the shop owner to not have to upload their inventory catalog twice. Then the bulk editor between the two allows easy use of editing any minor errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
