
I really like ReturnZap's customer service. I've had many emails with their support, and they've always been very prompt and helpful. They've done extra work, going above and beyond to make sure the system works for us and given us creative solutions. Setting it up was very easy, just following through the steps and filling in the needed details. It was clear how to make it appropriate to our context, and running it has been an amazing experience. One thing that would be nice to see improved is the process of canceling returns or deleting returns when a customer changes their mind. Sometimes it can be a bit cumbersome to resolve that easily and in a clean way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
