It breaks and has issues constantly. Either with pictures of products not showing up in search, or certain products not showing up in search at all, or indexing issues.

Support for the most part does not do much except for do resets and syncs of your website. When they do this, it completely breaks the search function and no terms will pop up. I'm not sure what's with them there, but when they do it, it does not sync immediately. It does not work for a day or more.

Support does not seem to care very much and will often simply stop responding to you after you bring up the fact that the search function is no longer operational after their "fix".
