Genuinly, there is nothing to dislike about FraudLabs Pro. Its cost effective and still their customer service is at par with industry class care with their app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I obviously like that it is free. While the free option may not have all the bells and whistles, it does have enough to raise a flag on something that may be fraud to which you can then do your own investigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that it occasionally flags some orders as potential fraud due to common things such as payment type or if the person who placed the order used a VPN. I'm aware that when people commit fraud, they tend to use VPNs but that shouldn't be the only criteria to raise a flag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
