And there are lots of data analysis that can be done with this tool. **What do you dislike about Oviond?** It’s incredibly cumbersome to setup. There are plenty of other tools that do the same thing but make it much quicker and easier to achieve the same results. **What problems is Oviond solving and how is that benefiting you?** it’s meant to make it quick and easy to monitor my marketing performance as well as provide reports to my clients. In reality it makes it very time consuming to build a useful report. And it doesn’t work that well on mobile devices. ### 5. An app that allows you to connect all of your data sources into one report? That's great. But unfortunately, it doesn't work more than half the time and their support always has excuses. **What do you dislike about Oviond?** The service is unavailable way too often. We have clients trying to view reports and they're met with a Cloudflare error or a Kinsta error. Oviond's support blames other things and takes no accountability. It also has a very helpful sharing feature that gives flexibility to clients about the time period that they want to see the data from. We can edit the report in various ways to make it more readable. **What do you dislike about Oviond?** The editing of the reports is not user-friendly at all imo. I found it extremely difficult to change the sections and I think that there is no feature to change the logo in the report, at least I did not find it. **What problems is Oviond solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oviond is used in our organization to share reports having real-time data with our clients. The reports and dashboards possible to create with Oviond look really professional, and I have setup the white label feature to give my clients an even better experience. My clients really value the dashboards and reports which are easy to read. The number of template reports Oviond provides a starting point is great, because it can take a little time to configure or report for a specific client, depending on on the situation. **What do you dislike about Oviond?** While it is is a lot easier to use than Google data studio and Oviond templates are great (and there are lots), it still takes some time to set up reports if you want to customise them. And you can never have too many integrations! More are being added all the time. **What problems is Oviond solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has saved me hours of time preparing client reports. I was using Google Data Studio, but it's overly complicated, even though it's more customisable. Oviond has let me set up automated client reports and access to white labelled dashboards which I can send to clients. I have a client I needed to send reports to and its easy to send them reports or give them access to a preconfigured or custom dashboard. For example, make sure your logo is EXACT otherwise it'll stretch or squash. Also, it isn't easy to customize and some things don't transfer well from the 'screen' to the reporting. For ease, I grab a screen shot of the analytics because it is easier. **Recommendations to others considering Oviond:** If you don't have a reporting program, this is nice. Also, this is a great 'quick pull' for analytics summary if you need to have something fast for customers or clients. **What problems is Oviond solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a few clients that don't take 'deep dives' and just want to see monthly where they are at. This is easy...just hit report and go.
