What do you like best about Interakt?

What do you like best about Interakt?

It's very easy to have all conversations from the whole team in one place. And not to worry about leaving any employee from the organization as interakt will support you to connect with all your clients through a single mobile number with the entire team. So clients don't have to worry on whom to reach. It's very good tool., we can attach as many tags as possible for a particular client to segment them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Interakt?

They have built the tool mainly to use it as a bulk message sending tool rather than a conversation tool., so I suggest them to bring more user friendly and less number of click options. However it's a great tool to have for any business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
