They are super open to feedback and always help us find solutions, their engineers work quickly to get the job done when we flag anything.

**What do you dislike about Return Rabbit (formerly AspenCX)?**

N/A - Cannot say there's anything I dislike about RR.

**What problems is Return Rabbit (formerly AspenCX) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In general - they automated our returns making it possible for us to scale as a company. 
More recently/specifically - they created a button on the backend for us to "make an exception" for all return items that customers cant return on

That customers can self service to process a return for an exchange

The system is extremely slow and takes a long time for me to process a refund for one customer.  Having to go back and forth btwn roles and waiting for each one to take affect is time consuming.  Takes about 5 minutes to issue one refund.

**What do you like best about Return Rabbit (formerly AspenCX)?**

I like that we can exchange across our products with Aspen

**What do you dislike about Return Rabbit (formerly AspenCX)?**

I dislike the fact that once an order is over 60 days (past purchase) Aspen automatically issues a gift card rather than refunding an order.

I dislike the fact that it doesn't notify us when there is an issue with the account. We'll only find out that something is wrong when we're in the account and something isn't working.

I dislike that it doesn't refund orders as it should, so now the team has to manually do it.

I dislike the fact that it cannot yet process refunds on exchanges or an exchange on an exchange (aka unlimited exchanges).

**Recommendations to others considering Return Rabbit (formerly AspenCX):**

Do a trial if possible to see if it truly meets your needs before fully investing

**What problems is Return Rabbit (formerly AspenCX) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The quickest one, which is the fact that we can exchange across products which was one of the bigger issues we had with other return systems.

**What do you like best about Return Rabbit (formerly AspenCX)?**

When we ask them for a code update, they execute within 24 hours. Really speedy, very responsive during development and deployment. The development process was very collaborative. The Founder was very involved and interested in helping us grown our business by providing a great experience for our customers. Very fair contract negotiation process. Very easy to work with and very personable. Loved that we were one of the first customers when typically don't prefer a beta platform. Excited to watch their business grow.

**What do you dislike about Return Rabbit (formerly AspenCX)?**

As their business grows, the responsiveness has diminished ever so slightly. There are a few limitations to the system but they seem eager to work through them. We sometimes will ask them a question and not hear back from them if the work is being done. Meanwhile, days later the update is completed it just appears on site without advising the team that the project was completed. Customer service team has advised that not all info flows well and seems like many steps to process a return. Part of this is education at the warehouse level.

**Recommendations to others considering Return Rabbit (formerly AspenCX):**

They are a small company who is growing. They understand the DTC space and happy to provide solutions for brands.

**What problems is Return Rabbit (formerly AspenCX) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing an online returns portal without a rev share was cost effective and a benefit to the customer. We've wanted to offer "Easy Returns" for a long time and Aspen allowed us to do that. They were able to also implement a Print Your Own label option that other solutions were unable to execute. We've learned that there is no resistence to paying for a return label. The consumer expects easy returns as part of the customer shopping experience now.

**What do you like best about Return Rabbit (formerly AspenCX)?**

80% of our customer service tickets were returns and exchanges. Utilizing AspenCX, we were able to free up that time and put our focus on expanding our business. 

2020 is the year of systems and automation for us and AspenCX has been a big player in that line-up.

**What do you dislike about Return Rabbit (formerly AspenCX)?**

We have yet to find any dislikes. Keep you all posted on this one.

**What problems is Return Rabbit (formerly AspenCX) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

INCREASE TEAM BANDWITH! Rather than hiring a full-time Customer Service person or current members of the team being bogged down with returns and exchanges, we were able to utilize AspenCX to reduce the # of tickets.

This is really very helpful addition to an e-commerce store. They have allowed us to facilitate our returns processed and setup/testing was very efficient. Depending on your needs the Aspen team is very helpful with what you needs to be solved. 

**What do you dislike about Return Rabbit (formerly AspenCX)?**

I honestly don't have anything I dislike about the services that Aspen has provided

I highly recommend giving their services a try. They have solved a hugely time-consuming task and have given us the opportunity to have our team focus on more important aspects.

With aspen we were able to alleviate the work of our customer service team as well as saved a lof of their time. We have realized after a huge ecomm boost that this saved up having to hire a whole part time employee.
