Honestly, the biggest win for us at Fulcrum has been the API integration. We build pretty complex backend systems for our clients, and Printful’s API is one of the better ones I’ve worked with. It’s RESTful, well documented, and the webhooks actually fire when they’re supposed to. That matters when you’re automating order fulfillment for multiple stores. I also appreciate that they have production facilities on both sides of the Atlantic. We have a client shipping to Germany and another to Texas, and being able to split fulfillment regionally without us having to manage multiple logistics partners is a huge time saver. We’ve been using Printful for about eight months now, mostly for branded company swag like t-shirts, hoodies, and mugs that we hand out at job sites and industry events. The most significant advantage I have found with Printful is the consistency of their fulfillment and the depth of their integration ecosystem. I feel uncertain about where some of the items are sourced from, including which countries and are the factories that product the raw products paying their workers a fair wage?
