**What do you like best about QuoteMachine?**

Speed & Efficiency: It generates customer quotes in seconds, which cuts down response time and helps us close leads faster.

Customization: You can tailor quotes with pricing tiers, service bundles, discounts, and custom notes, which adds a professional touch.

User-Friendly Interface: The layout is intuitive — even staff with minimal tech experience picked it up quickly.

Integration: Works well with our CRM and email platform, so everything stays connected and we don't have to re-enter data.

**What do you dislike about QuoteMachine?**

Limited Flexibility with Complex Quotes: For multi-part services or project-based pricing, the tool can be a bit rigid unless you manually override or adjust.

Pricing Logic Needs Review: Sometimes taxes, fees, or location-based adjustments don’t apply correctly unless we double-check them.

Customer View Options: It could offer more dynamic viewing options (e.g., mobile optimization or interactive breakdowns for clients).
