The integration is seamless, the upsell and cross-sell features really help increase revenue without extra hassle, and the support team is always responsive when I have questions.

**What do you dislike about Rebuy?**

Customer support has been helpful, but overall I think there’s room for improvement in usability and reliability.

**What problems is Rebuy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rebuy helps solve the problem of increasing average order value and automating upsells/cross-sells without creating extra work for me. It streamlines the buying experience for my customers and makes it easier to offer relevant products at the right time.

**What do you like best about Rebuy?**

I like Rebuy's ability to personalize offers and see how much revenue is attributed per experience. We can also segment offers based on purchase history to get a better customer experience. The initial setup was easy, and I use it with Shopify.

I use Rebuy to personalize offers at a SKU level and segment them based on purchase history, enhancing customer experience and tracking revenue per experience.

Rebuy makes it easy to create personalized shopping experiences that drive results. The bundle building features, smart cart, product recommendations, and post-purchase offers are incredibly effective, and the platform is easy to use, with amazing support.

Some advanced features take time to fully understand and optimize. The platform is powerful, but there’s a learning curve when setting up more complex rules or customizations.

**What problems is Rebuy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rebuy helps us solve key challenges around personalization and cart optimization. With the smart cart, we can surface relevant product recommendations, drive upsells, and increase average order value—all without disrupting the customer journey. Their personalization tools make it easy to deliver dynamic, tailored experiences across our site, which has led to higher conversion rates and better customer engagement.
