Not reaching out to the same person from many different team members in the same organization - that's been super helpful to see when they were last contacted, by who, what was the conversation etc

Its solving the issue of keeping track of contacts and leads, whether that be conversations on the phone, emails, information being shared etc. When you have so many leads and contacts you need one place where that can all be accesible, easy to find and digest.
