The marketing feature could use improvement to make it more competitive with MailChimp such as allowing anchor links and offering real-time tips for improving subject lines. What do you like best about Nutshell?

The system is very user-friendly even for our less technically skilled staff. The user interface is very straightforward and entering data isn't complicated. People were able to self-train on most features successfully. It has all the features we need without a lot of extra stuff that we don't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

There are a few picky formatting requirements when entering data but it is minimal. If you don't email through the program logging emails and tracking email data is difficult. Overall we are very happy with the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
