What do you like best about Nutshell?

The good thing about nutshell, is it gives you all the steps that you need to get from the beginning of the process to the end. There are checkboxes to help you follow along and make sure that you haven't missed steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

We use Nutshell as our CRM to manage our ongoing sales. Nutshell is very user friendly, adaptable to our needs and requirements and overall gives us a quick and easy overview on our monthly, quarterly and yearly sales.

In the beginning it was a bit complicated to use and hence it took me a while to be comfortable with it.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

You can start with Nutshell with extensive configuration and most features are intuitive to use. E.g. you can configure pipelines via drag & drop, so it is easy to set them up and reconfigure them later, if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Most or all selection fields like tags must be pre-configured. In my opinion it would be better for Nutshell to accept new tags, options, etc. on the fly while typing them into the input field.

I am missing the gender field for persons. It is needed to send customized emails ... at least in German.

I am missing "temporary" custom fields. Some information are only need a limited time, but when I configure a custom field it is there forever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
