What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell's user-friendly interface and it's built-in CRM features make it a top choice. Setting reminders, overall flexibility ( so you can use it like you need to) tracking critical data, and the dedicated support provided are far better than industry-averages. Getting someone on the phone who can explain the answers to our questions. The inability to customize certain parts of the CRM. We came from a smaller CRM and had direct access to their team which allowed us to help grow the workability of their CRM.
