What do you like best about Nutshell?

What do you like best about Nutshell?

The system is easy to navigate, especially using the filters, and I am easily able to look up contacts and keep track of which customers are in which stage of the sales process. Using the filters, I'm able to know which customers I have already reached out to this season, and which customers have purchased our product in previous years, and adjust my sales approach accordingly. The automated email sequence is also great for continuing contact with minimum effort on my part! Frees up so much time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The automated email sequence doesn't stop if a customer reaches out to me via phone, and sometimes I forget to shut it off manually, which can lead to awkward interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I have used many CRM's over my sales career. I found that Nutshell is simple, yet powerful enough to help you be successful. It isn't overwhelming. I picked it up immediately without training and was able to use it from the first time I signed on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Sometimes there is a delay when updates are made to bsuiness information. I sometimes have had to wait a couple hours for information to update. Not very often though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

The best part about Nutshell is how customizable it is for our company as well as each user can customize how they view their dashboard and data. It also integrates great with 3rd parties like Quickbooks, Outlook, and RingCentral. It is a great tool for our small comapny without having to completely overhaul how we do things day to day. Nutshell works great for our organization because it is so easy to use and very simple to learn. It has the features we need for a CRM that works well, but doesn't overwhelm. What do you like best about Nutshell?

Features and price - but, the features aren't always what we hoped they would be, although it is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Seems like it doesn't ever quite do what we need it to do. For example, I want to be able to keep my emails private and only have specific ones save to the CRM. It doesn't seem to be able to do that. We have to regularly reach out to a rep to find out if we can make the CRM do something that we need it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
