What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I'm aware that the primary targeted users are businesses, but I work for an non-profit, so some additional features or customization for people who are not using it to bring in sales would be useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very poor mapping ( location ) and mobile compatability

Interface can be clunky

What do you like best about Nutshell?

I have used Nutshell for the past 6 months and loved my experience. The setup is easy and the functionability is great. I would recommend Nutshell to anyone who is searching for a CRM that will not charge you an arm and a leg. Customer Support is great to work with as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I cannot think of any downsides to Nutshell. They did not have the ability to have a calender that you could schedule but they now have that feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration with Constant Contact was not well tested before made live and available; need to have onboarding session where guidelines can be given around custom field choices, overall architecture, onboarding for Nutshell Pro would help navigate decision making for customers...its very easy to go wrong without a little initial guidance. What do you like best about Nutshell?

First of all Nutshell offers an incredible customer service! Beyond that it´s a great tool for sales & marketing people. It was easy to implement it with our other tools and also onboarding of new collegues is super easy.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Really intuitive and user friendly. I'm a year in to using it, but at no point have I struggled to figure out anything on the platform. It is all very intuitive, even for a new sales person like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that I wish Nutshell offered is a location sharing on the app where you could pull up leads/prospects close to you, when you are out and about and inevitably a meeting falls through or ends early Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a great tool to keep track of all customer contacts & interactions. I am able to see who is opening emails. Also great to track closed leads & always know what my sales numbers are.
