Nutshell has facilitated the tracking of many leads and outreaches we have been doing for the last couple of years. It's very easy to maintain and set up, and it also gives you all the information you need to analyze where a lead is and, in general, provide a full overview of won/lost/pending. When the time comes to update several leads, you don't have the opportunity to give updates quickly, you either have to manually open one by one, or you can "bulk" update some into the same status. We are able to have a lot of the basic CRM features and yet can modify very easily slight changes to make it more business effective for our daily use. Nutshell is easy to manuver through and implement quickly. I use Nutshell daily and am also responsible for helping to onboard our new hires in its use. Each new employee has confirmed with me on its ease. When it came time to migrate our old database of contact and sales data into Nutshell it was done very smoothly and allow for a quick transition. Thge most important thing in Nutshell for me that they got right and I have not seen anyone else get nearly as right, or most often even have any aspect of, is the TASKS PER STAGE! In creating a process for any company, you need to be able to manage them doing all of the right things during a stage within the lifecycle.
