What do you like best about Nutshell?

By using Nutshell, we've been able to track our clients more closely and categorize them into groups that make sense for marketing efforts. We have developed marketing tactics like drip sequences through their very user-friendly interface. We also have benefited from a client relationship support specialist whom we meet with at least once a month to ensure we're taking advantage of all of the functionalities available to us. There are several ways you can do this: adding emails to your personal blocklist, adding emails to your company-wide blocklist, or by creating filters in your Gmail account that control which emails sync. What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell has made communication and coordination between our marketing and sales departments seamless. It covers everything we need from collecting our inbounds (through an easy Zapier integration), tracking leads through multiple pipelines, completing automated drip sequences to specific segments, and measuring the performance of each funnel stage.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The only downside is that it is quite limiting with integrations. Zapier allows us to mostly cover all of the integrations we do need but there are a few that require some manual workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nutshell is filling the gap between marketing and sales by having one source of truth that both teams can go back to. It makes it easy on my team's end to see how sales are performing at any given moment. This has made all of our campaigns and our company overall more efficient.

We also love their new VisitorIQ feature. We were able to cancel existing platforms that were tracking only this data for our company since now, Nutshell covers everything we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
