What do you like best about Nutshell?

One of my favorite things about Nutshell is how user-friendly it is. I have used multiple CRM platforms, and Nutshell is one of the most straightforward easy to use ones. There are also so many different things you can do in Nutshell that I really appreciate. Many times there are so many overages for one small integration but I felt like the Nutshell package I used gave me everything I needed and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

What do you like best about Nutshell?

We love how customizable the plateform is. We are an insurance agency and even though this is not an insurance based software we have been able to create a system for exactly what we needed. Helps that they integrate with Zapier as well so we can connect our different systems together. Great to communicate with the whole team and have an area where you can see the big picture and everything at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

There are so many differnt ways to accomplish the same task in Nutshell, which is nice but it does become overwhelming and makes it a bit hard to set up regular processes with our team. What do you like best about Nutshell?

I like how responsive their support team is. After I sent an email with screenshots of my problem, they kept following up to ensure it was resolved. I loved that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The UI is a bit cluttered for a newbie to understand. I'd call myself an intermediate user, but many of the beginner users on my team that I onboard find it difficult to use features that I thought were intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have submitted a lot of tickets and it takes awhile to get resolved. Because I don't pay for enterprise I don't get to speak to an actual agent so it makes it difficult to speak about the issues I am experiencing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is so easy to use. It has a very user friendly app and the website is easy to fill out. Not everyone likes filling out CRM's, however, nutshell has super easy dropdown boxes that make filling it out so quick to fill in information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have found that sometimes on the app the information you add does not get transfered to the website. This can be frustrating if you do not know how that it did not load and are looking for the information. (or worse your boss is looking for it) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had a client who wanted a CRM but had never used one before. After doing some research, I decided to recommend Nutshell. It seemed like the easiest option to learn, which was exactly what they needed. One feature that really stood out to me was how easy it is to integrate forms—it’s such a user-friendly setup!
