What do you like best about Nutshell?

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Easy to navigate and use, intuitive. It can be used as a full CRM system as well as a Sales funnel with the marketing comms aspect added to it, at a very good price. CUstomer support is incredible, very responsive and you can speak to an actual human who is available within 24 hours across the globe. We use it daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Users count as credits and that coincides with the marketing aspect of the platform. Therefore communications (broadcasts/newsletters) to contacts that exists outside of leads are mixed in your credit count. Looking up customers and narrowing down list.

The search engin is not good when trying to look up a customer and the spelling is not correct.

The app is not user friendly and you cannot do everything on the app that you can do on the computer. I use activities more then notes and when trying to input an activity I first have to schedule one then complete it causing addational steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

It is a CRM that is easy to set up and also very easy to use. What I liked most about this very cost effective product is the provision of various customizable email templates, which also allows us to add items and placeholders. I enjoy being able to have an up-to-date record of our leads and the ability to generate and filter reports. It has been very helpful in correcting and maintaining focus on sales and lead retention. I'm not a techie person. I hate learning new software! I was pleased to see that Nutshell is very intuitive. When I log-in to the website, I can quickly see where I'm at with my outreach efforts.
